    I purchased a pair of Vivaia shoes on March 14, 2023 for an upcoming trip in May, 2023. As my trip was coming up, I decided to wear the shoes to break them in before my trip. This was on May 4, 2023. I wore the shoes for 6 hours, in pain the entire time. By the time I took them off I had blisters on my heel, and the front of the shoe was pointing upward like a clown's shoes. I messaged Vivaia on their website and received an email back within a day "We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Returns are allowed for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. We check we can not provide an exchange or return due to worn condittion For this kind of particular issue, we would like to do a partial refund 30 USD Or we can send you a free cushion and you can put it in your shoes. Hope it can work it out. May we know if you want to try it? Your understanding and support will be greatly appreciated. " Vivaia Support Team I responded with this "I cannot wear the shoes because they hurt my feet increditbly. It addition, a pair of shoes should not have the elongated front bend upwards after wearing them for six hours. I hope you can speak with a supervisor about this. Perhaps you can exchange them for an open shoe which should not be painful. I intend to file a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if you cannot work with me on this matter. It should not have cost me $100 or even $70, to wear a pair of shoes for six hours, that now look like clown shoes. I will make sure that everyone of my social media accounts are aware of this lack of customer support."The problem with these shoes is that they are obviously not well made (clown shoes), and the advertised heel cushion does not exist. Now the company refuses to respond to any of my inquires! Stay away from this company.

    I order a pair of ****** from this website. My PayPal account was charged and after not getting a confirmation number I discovered this website is a scam. They have been changing the name of the website and scamming for a wild. Website taken down so others dont fall for it. The PayPal account that took my money was named ************* have also reported the transaction to PayPal.

    I ordered shoes from VIVAIA online. They have on their website a 30-day return policy. The first pair was too big for me. I chose to exchange them for a smaller pair. The second pair is uncomfortable and narrow. I went to the return portal and the only option I can use is EXCHANGE, which I do not want to do. I have written them at ********************************** only to be offered $25 and keep or donate the shoes. I have over $100 into this transaction and want my money refunded. I have tried the chat bot and repeated emails. My order number is GBC2302180956395851

    I returned two pair of shoes, unworn in original packaging. They received my return on 2/20/23. I have tried to contact them via email, instagram, instagram messaging, & they are not responding. So now they have two pairs of shoes back, valued at $250, and will not send me my refund.

    We purchased a pair of shoes from this company and based on the size chart on their website we ordered an EU40 which they show as being a US Size 9. The box shows EU40 but the shoe is actually a size 10 and not a size 9.I expect them to take these back and provide return shipping and a full refund. They just don't respond to my request. Just ignore and hope I go away. I reviewed other size conversion charts that show these can be a size 10 or 10.5.They should issue aa return label and full refund since this is there error, vivaia.com Purchased from vivaia.com

    I ordered two shoes from this company Dec 27th, 2022 and they were estimated to arrive Jan 11th, 2023. I reached out to custom support Jan 16th and they were very slow to respond. They got back to me Jan 29th that they were sorry, they had made a mistake and my shipment was not delivered. My address is very easy to deliver to and with Amazon all orders have arrived easily. They did not want to give me a full refund, even though they didnt get my order to me (never even tried to contact me) and it was weeks delayed. Instead they are only offering partial 140euros as a refund. I feel like its only fair that I have the full 161e refunded back and quickly - as its already been weeks with this company and no accountability.

    I ordered 3 pair of shoes and stated I needed as size 40 or US10. They sent me all 3 in **** which was way to largge. I returned them per their instructions. They claimed they sent them back via **** and the tracking says it is at our mailhut. I never received them nor will they refund my money.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from a company VIVAIA, they said free returns on their web page. I returned the shoes and now it seems I can only return the shoes for more shoes. I feel their advertising was deceptive. You cannot return their shoes, you can only return them for more shoes. I would like my money back.

    I received an order of shoes purchased from Vivaia on January 4,2023. The shoes are too big and I have made numerous attempts since then to contact them on their return portal to exchange the shoes. There has been no response.     I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of flats for $184.39 and received them on December 9. I am attempting to return and secure a full refund. I have been in email communication with the Vivaia support person and have never been more confused. I did submit, as requested, photos of both items in this order that show no wear at all. So far, I've not received any reply indicating a full refund - just messages that do not answer my questions nor indicate the refund. BUYER BEWARE!
