              I ordered the 2 SafestDog Wireless Fence And Collar on May 16, 2021 Order #5250 for $194.00. Charged the receivers and linked them to the transmitter as directed. I plugged the transmitter in to a wall outlet inside the house but on an outside wall. Set the transmitter to the desired distance. Receivers would work intermittently at best and never at the same distance away from the transmitter. Moved the transmitter to another room and placed it in the window to have a direct line of site. This didn't work either, I walked well past the desired setting. Walked back to the transmitter and set it to the lowest setting, both receivers activated as they should but any distance outside the house they did not work. Emailed the company in detail what was happening and requested a refund. I received 1 reply with questions about how I was operating the item that had all been answered in my original email which tells me it was a blanket response and that the email was probably never even read.

              Found this invisible dog fence online for a good price. I have an Australian shepherd that loves to run and needed a fence fast, so I bought it. Shipping was pretty slow considering I live only one state away from this "business". Packing has zero branding on it. Like none at all, no name or manufacturer or anything. It just says 'Electronic Pet Fence'. Open it up to some very cheap plastic devices. The collar device itself doesn't feel that bad, it might be able to survive a few things. But the transmitter feels like I could crush it with one hand not even trying. It's made of very thin plastic and I doubt it weighs over 2oz. But let's get to the main problem here. The setup is fairly easy to pair the devices. I had no problem with this. Anyways, this thing sucks. It's honestly so trash. This thing has 100 range settings that apparently are not in any particular order. I set it on 25 just to get the feel for it. After that I put it on 20, which is supposed to be a smaller area. The area got BIGGER! I then put it on 15 and got stopped at the same spot I did with it on 25! The area I needed was close to this but I needed it a little smaller. I went down to 14, only 1 setting smaller, and my area decreased by about 20 yards.... I came back in and put back on 15 and walked the entire perimeter of the area. While I was doing so the collar proceeded to beep whenever it felt like it I'm guessing. The area started changing for absolutely no reason. At one point I was walking back towards the transmitter in the safe area and it just started beeping and shocking for no reason at all! It then proceeded to do this every few minutes even while in the safe zone. I also want to point out that I tested this on myself and not my dog, which everybody should do with these types of devices. And I'm glad I did because my dog would have been getting shocked for absolutely no reason. I also want to point out their amazing safety feature. If you turn the transmitter off before the collar, it will again proceed to beep and shock the **** out of you.
