    I place a order 3/21/25 for $106.96. They received my money, but I have not received the items I have paid for. I received a email 4/1/25, saying they have shipping my package, but it may take a week for pick up. I have emailed them 3 times, asking where my package was and when I track it, **** says they have not received notice to pick up as of today. I either want my money back or I want my shirts. I will also be filing a complaint on **************

    I placed an order on 1/8/25. On 1/17/25 I got an email saying your shipment is on its way. With a **** link. Today it is 3/5/25 and I have no package and when I click on the **** link provided in the email on 1/17/25 it says We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing.     I purchased a shirt from ReelSkinz vendor at ***************** Festival on 1/31/25 at 5:58 pm. I paid for two shirts using my **** credit card. The charge was $48.15. My husband took his shirt off the rack, however my shirt needed to be special ordered. I was told my shirt would be shipped to me within two weeks. To date, I have not received my shirt. I have tried contacting the vendor through email however the email given will not submit my email message. I have tried calling the vendor, however the phone number is not in service.     I ordered a shirt in 12/5/24 and have not received it. The estimated delivery was 12/11 through 12/16. I have reached out to the company several times and have not had a reply. This is a Christmas gift and need to know if it will be delivered in time.

    ******* ********* On November 25, 2024, my husband and I attended an event where reelskinz had a vendor set up..we purchased one shirt on the spot and my husband's shirt was sold out there, and the salesman said he would have it shipped to our address, well here it is almost the end of December and NO shirt or NO email concerning the shirt or no correspondence what so ever BUYER BEWARE..... If I don't get this issue resolved by tomorrow (Tuesday December 17, 2024) afternoon I will file a fraud report against the company on my credit card for the charge that I paid for both of the shirts on.

    Hi, my name is *********************************** I placed an order #***** on June/9/24 for 2 mens long sleeves, 2 tank tops and 1 ladies long sleeve (mermaid galaxy size M). On July/8/24 I finally received my order along with a note that some items would come on a separate shipment. That would be the ladies long sleeve that never arrived. I have tried to contact this company unsuccessfully. The total of my order was $152.95 being $39.99for the missing item, I'm hoping to get a refund as I don't even care to get this anymore.Sincerely ***********************************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It has now been a few days and simply saying I should have received it is not enough of a response. I also never received a second delivery notice from this order, only the one on July 8 2024. If the company is stating it was shipped and delivered I'd like a copy of that tracking number and delivery notice. This was my second time ordering from this company and although I noticed the quality is no longer the same, I decided to not return the received items,however at this point I would appreciate a better solution and a refund for the missing item.

    Ordered two shirts on May 9th, 2024, with a shipping estimate of 7-10 business days. Almost three weeks later and **** still doesnt have possession of the package, even though there is a tracking number. Over a dozen emails to ReelSkinz with zero response. Their phone number is no longer in service.

We do not ship stock from ***** so it does take a little longer. Your order is in the queue and in process and might already be in transit.     I purchased three shirts ReelSkinz on March 2,2024 at a festival in ************. I bought one long sleeve shirt they had in stock and ordered another long sleeve and a short sleeve to be delivered. The one I purchased that day was size 4X. I received my order today March 30,2024. One shirt is long sleeves and the correct size. The other shirt should have been a short sleeve, but was long sleeves and the wrong size 2X. I am not able to find a phone number to contact them. I find this is my only recourse.

    I purchased two Performance Hoodie. Not actually sure of the final cost. Not looking for a refund unless company cannot exchange for correct product.The two hoodies were delivered. They both arrived without the Reelskinz logo on the front/back or sleeves....it was blank (for a lack of better term). I sent an email to customer 10/31/23 advising them of the problem and I received no response. I love their hoodies, however, I do want their logo imprinted on them as ordered.

    you have been issued a refund for 48.15$  for the shirts that were never delivered, not for the 2 you have in your possession. We are not a charity we are a small family owned business  . The order was lost by one our representatives FOR ALL TO READ. 
    we issued a refund to the customer for the product that was never shipped , we thought the package was in transit because of the time lapse but come to find out the order was lost , but once we realized this we immediately issued the refund for the shirts she Never received.
