They have horrible customer service. You cannot reach them and they only get back to you when you threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Im trying to exchange leggings that I purchased months ago and all they do is make excuses. Im going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs as well. Beware and do not purchase from this company.Review from Melana P

They are fraudulent! They sent an email about a site closing and announced a sale of up to 65% off. There was no other indication of the site closing nor did it say that the items were final sale. 6 of the 8 items I got were too small and I have tried tirelessly to reach out to request a refund as the site marked these items non-returnable when I tried to generate a return. I returned two items to Noli Yoga and when placing the order was never stated that it was a Final Sale. I was given a **** label to return the labels. I believe it my money is not returned to me by next week I will take a 20 minute trip to ************* to get come answers.Review from Linda T

I should've paid attention to the reviews. The liquid black yoga pants continued to show on my IG feed. I finally gave in and paid $74 (incl shipping) for the pants. Absolutely worst quality leggings ever. I am obsessed with Alo Yoga. My fitness room is decorated w/Alo Yoga diffuser, box gloves, etc...I wanted to give a smaller company a chance. As soon as I received the leggings, I noticed a long streak/tear up the back middle of the pants. I immediately contacted them. I ended up getting a return label and waited for the refund. So I get the refund of $58. They had the audacity to deduct for shipping I contacted them when I received the refund and was advised they needed a photo of the defect. This is AFTER they had already sent me a return label and dropped off at ***** It's only $15 but it's the principal. I ended up filing a dispute with my cc and got the $ back. Ordered a top that was advertised on Facebook and was available on the Noli site. The photos showed a turquoise color. The small was specified to fit sizes 4 to 6. When the item arrived, it was a bright green color and the fit was like a child's belly shirt, baring even more than my midriff. When I requested a refund, I was advised that they would take a $9.95 "restocking" fee. Buyer beware. This company's advertising is full of lies, and their refund policy is unfair.Review from Bridget V

I placed an order early September and it was delivered to the wrong location. This company asked me to go locate the stuff myself. They sent the order again. Found where it was sent nobody knows where it is. Was refunded the money on the gift card. 70.09. I was asked to have refund on my card. I asked them to give me the deal with I originally paid for. Company wouldn't honor this! Don't answer calls, emails take forever I am not impressed with this company. There product better be good!!
