            I placed an order on December 8th for Christmas . I did not receive my order until January 1st. I tried several times to get a status on my order and could not get a straight answer through email. I called their customer service line and got no where. When I tried calling back they literally disconnected the line. I tried calling back for an hour and the line came up disconnected. I was baffled. Additionally I did not receive an item in my order that I had to tell them to provide me a refund. I still do not have a refund on the items I returned and did not receive. You cannot contact anyone for service. They kept blaming their warehouse. I still do not have my money back and they still continue to not have any sort of customer service except dodging their customers. I won't ever order from this company again. It was worse than ordering from a ************************ and so was the delivery process.

            They have horrible customer service. You cannot reach them and they only get back to you when you threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Im trying to exchange leggings that I purchased months ago and all they do is make excuses. Im going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs as well. Beware and do not purchase from this company.
