    I originally purchased a diffuser processed transaction and immediately received a call from the *** program trying to persuade me in anyway to sign up for the program with this great deal. It sounds great, but its scamming in some ways. My sales agent was ****, who assured me she doesnt hold back and tells it like it is. I asked numerous questions about the program one being outside of the 30 days of anything happened like *****, job loss, health issue, am I able to ever cancel? She said yes call me and we will figure it out. Come to find out a few months go by and I am diagnosed with a health issue that is preventing me from holding any type of job at the moment. I originally contacted them 3 months ago about this. They didnt believe what **** said and had to ** the call, even thought had she not said this the policy still states you can cancel for job loss, etc. I spoke to an agent a week later who verified after the ** what was said to me was true and they would validate that. Agent put a ticket in for a supervisor to call, no one ever called. I contact them 2 months later (now) and have Consistently got the run around. First it was yes its verified to cancel, we can do it but you have to contact finance department universal that manages it. I contact them they remove my credit card and make a support ticket to cancel but tell me they dont have the final say its only hotel collection. So again have to contact hotel collection and play this little game with them, the agent puts me on hold and says her supervisor verified we can cancel and she is putting the request into the cancellation department and it will take ***** hours to reflect. 6 days go by, I reach out and am told they didnt cancel and another ** is being done on the calls, and supervisor doesnt know if they can cancel now. They are now committing theft, *** requested to cancel and theyve agreed to cancel but yet still collecting payment and my money every month.
