    I did not mean to make an order. I moved to the next screen to see what shipping was and to put in my coupon and it just submitted order. I reached out immediately to have them cancel since shipping was outrageous! Over $20! They never responded, sent it all out days later. Then for me to return it, I would have to pay that shipping again. I will not order from **** again. They are horrible in customer service. They didn't even try to make it right. Be careful! Stick with other sites to get your *** gear. They are extremely shady in the way they do things.

    Get your collectibles elsewhere. Products take months (almost a full year still waiting on a product), and customer service even worse.Plenty of other companies out there who actually care about their customers, use those instead of ****.

    Only getting a 1 Star because I cant give a 0!I purchased sneakers for my daughters birthday and they dont fit. She always wears a size 9, but these are made small. I even paid an additional $20 to have them expedited. Now when I need to return them, I contact customer service and they send me what I thought was a return label. I go to fill it out ands realize its literally only a form to fill out stating reason for return. I email asking for a return label then get a response saying that they do not cover shipping for returns that its noting on their return page. No its NOT! I read over it again and again. Not very professional in my opinion. Now they want me to pay another $20 to return them only to refund me what I paid for the shoes! Are you kidding me? Now I get on the BBB website and see all the complaints. What a ripoff!!!Do not recommend buying anything from here! Very disappointed customer!!!

    Pre-ordered a foco ****** World Series FOCO and it was supposed to arrive in January. Here we are in February and it was supposed to arrive by 2/1. It still hasn't arrived. Stay far away from this company. They have horrible customer service.
