    The quality of the diamond art is amazing! We get so excited when one of our kits arrive! I love the fact that they take the quality of their products so seriously and value their customers so much! I recently had a purchase that they were not able to fulfill and they explained very nicely that the product was not able to be sent as it was damaged and unsuitable for their customer to receive. They very generously gave me points for the inconvenience which made it not as disappointing that the product was now sold out and I wouldnt be able to get it! The shipping is fast! I would highly recommend this company as they have beautiful kits and great rewards programs! The only frustrating thing is some kits are impossible to get as they are sold out every time before you even see them in stock! Just wish they had more stock of best selling kits!

    I have to say the quality of what I received was impressive. I got my order in a timely manner. I love that they offer split payment options. This was my first order and when I want something special for a project or gift I will definitely check here. They give you everything you need to be successful. I really love the perforated tabs on the cover so you can do small sections at a time without losing stickiness on the other sections.

    Diamond Art Club is hands down one of my favorite companies. Every single kit I have received has been stunning. The canvas quality is amazing, the drills are vibrant and sparkle like crazy, and the artwork is next level. You can tell they put so much care into what they do.I always feel like I am opening a gift when my order arrives. Everything is packaged with love, and it always gets to me quickly and in perfect condition. I appreciate that they license their art too. Supporting real artists while doing something I enjoy just makes the experience even better.Their customer service is incredible. On the rare occasion I had a question, they responded with kindness and helped me right away. It truly feels like they care about their customers.I recommend ********************** to everyone I know.     I am very disappointed in this company. Placed a couple of orders and shortly after they canceled the orders. The items still show available for order on their site. I sent emails inquiring why they cancelled but they do not respond. I even sent messages via ******** but still no response.
