    This company is a ****! I ordered Christmas presents from this company, and they never sent. I got InTouch with customer service and they offered to refund 90 percent of the cost, which I agreed to [ as it is better than no refund}, and they never processed the refund. they just keep telling me they turned it over to financial department, and they have processed the refund just hasn't shown up on my account yet. It has been 2 months. This company will **** you, do not buy anything from AQUAVAULT!

We provided details to ****** showing an order was placed and that it was delivered, according to ***. If you did not receive this order, we will be happy to reship, but we do request that you confirm your address to ensure we ship to the correct address.

    I found the phone number on my bank account. I called the number to cancel it. They said they get back with 24 hours. I went back on my bank account The phone number disappeared.. I also went on the email and try to cancel and no reply. This company is a scam so I called my bank to cancel the account. I have to wait for it to go through to get my money back never order anything if you cant get a direct number.

    I have tried 3 plus times by email to inquire about my order because no one answered the phone. #1 they charged me 2x for my order #2 they sent me an email after my order telling me I would receive another email within minutes of the status and delivery information, that was 3 days ago. It's hard to believe this company is endorsed by fox News and the cyber guy. I want a call immediately. I've already had to cancel my business debit card for fear of more charges.
