    BUYER BEWARE Ordered XXXL Hoodie as a gift. Arrived on time in sealed poly-bag packaging. The XXXL garment is woefully undersized. The gift recipient could barely move the side zipper. They refuse to offer credit card refund yet have nothing in their catalog that will fit. I should have known better than to buy ski wear from a company in FLORIDA!

    Company does not offer returns at all for any reason. Is not upfront that all sales are final!

    I ordered a jacket and tried it on once but it was too big so I immediately took it off, packaged it back up in its original packaging and sent it back. The company deemed it unreturnable and discarded my jacket refusing to make it right or even return the jacket I bought. They took my money, threw away my jacket and did not make it right by sending any replacement. I am out $200 with no jacket. Do not buy from them

    Ordered a jacket in June and received it relatively quickly to my APO address. It was too small so I tried to request an exchange. It took weeks of emails to get them to fix the website to allow my address (that it had no problem shipping to) as an address to return from. They received the return Aug 16 and every two weeks I email them regarding my exchange. It's always the same answer-- "we are still waiting on the warehouse to verify the return is in good order before we can ship out the new one. I apologize for the delay. " It's now Nov 5. The coat seemed decent when we tried it on, obviously didn't get to verify its effectiveness in the snow.

    Products are poorly designed and cheaply made. When you try and return the items they have no return policy, When I returned the items they did not return my money for credit. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY....THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

    Great product. I use it for skiing, offshore boating and motor biking. Keeps me dry and warm and is very comfortable. I will be getting another one to keep in ****** and keep one down in the US

    Best hoodie ever!! Excellent material and its light yet the softest and warmest hoodie that I have ever purchased. I cant say enough about the quality plus its very attractive and comfortable. Also, customer service is extremely responsive and they go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with your purchase.

    I requested my order be cancelled, they sent jacket anyway and now won't give me a refund. ****** showed search as a 14 day return but only if you then go to return policy do they specify they don't give any returns.
