on the 18th of December i purchased an item from this company with the belief that the product was a working and strong product. i receive the package and found that the technology was not as advertised and the product was inferior in every way. i then attempted 3 time to contact the company and i have received no response. i need a refund submitted to settle this issue. thank you.Business Response

On 11/25/23 I purchased a product from Alpha Gear. The product had an issue with working properly and not meeting the expectations so I reached out in regards to a return and refund. The product was purchased through Shop affirm. After 2 days of emailing I got a response on how to return the product for a refund. The item was shipped back to the business. It has been nearly a month and Alpha Gear has yet to refund the money back to Shop. I have sent 20+ emails to alpha gear and they have refused to email me back. They now I have my money and their product in their possession. They have refused to email a response or refund the money. I need assistance if any can be given. I went online and purchased a bundle deal ($127.46) with the company as well as a Warranty ($22.46) , a Replacement Warranty ($45) and a Multi Tool ($18.71) on Monday 12/11/23. The website stated "free 2-5 delivery" at the time. By Thursday 12/14/23, I had not received an email with any information about shipment or any kind of update on my order, so I submitted a contact request via their website. By Friday 12/15/23, I received an email stating the item had shipped, I received the package on Monday 12/18/23 at 6:30pm. When I opened it, I noticed there was no information about any of the warranties I purchased and i was missing the Multi Tool. I immediately sent an email to the company's support email *********************************** with information as to what was ordered. I sent a follow up email on 12/20/23 since I had not heard back about my missing item. I attempted to call the company at both contact numbers (************** and ************** - this number states it is a nonworking number) on Wednesday 12/20/23, not realizing their business hours are 8-5 eastern (I called at 4:20 central). I then again attempted call the (850) on Thursday 12/21/23 at 8:50am (Central time) and it does not ring, just has an automated message to email ********************************** which i have already done twice with no result.Business Response

I ordered a watch from this company and received it December 9th, 2023. My husband charged and attempted to set up but was unhappy with the features. The same day I emailed requesting to start a refund and gave specific detail that my husband was unhappy with the limited amount of contacts the watch holds. I have been going back and forth with customer service for days via email and they will not provide a return address for the watch. Their main web page has a very large picture explaining 100% satisfaction guaranteed Thats why we back every sale with a **************************************************************************************************************** my prior email I do not want an exchange, I want to return. The latest response from them says they want pictures of everything I received from them. Also I get one email a day response from customer service and even though I respond in a very timely manner, I hear nothing back from them for over 24 hours. On or about 12/01 I purchased a watch from Alpha Gear and received it on 12/08. After trying the watch for a day. I realized that the smartwatch and and the application used for it were not what I was looking for. I wrote to Alpha Gear on 12/10 advising they of the reason why I wanted to return this watch. I have also tried calling they and the message states to send them an email. I have financed this through Affirm with 4 payment. I want to return this item but can not speak to a human. On 11/24/23 I ordered a watch from this company. The watch is called the Raptor Pro and basically it is a smart watch thats suppose to be more resistant to the elements. Shock proof, water resistant, scratch proof. The watch was on sale for Black Friday for $140.00 plus shipping. The item described above was delivered broken. The side function button was completely broken off from inside of the watch making it completely useless. This complaint is for the staff at this company. In the return/exchange policy listed on the website it states that any return (for a full money back guarantee) or exchange has to be listed within 3 days of delivery. The issue is they do not answer the phone at the number provided. When you leave a voicemail they do not return the call.
