5 starsThe course content is quite detailed, as expected. It is intense. It was like being in college again. A student who is not reasonably committed can easily lose focus. Sections are long and can become boring. So, know when to break. The support was quite good and i liked the promptness in the response to questions and issues. if you are looking for a ******* type DIY, you will not find it here. So seek other research sources to become more grounded in any subject matter. Tests were challenging and interestingly, questions were not repeated. It served its purpose.Review fromRobin H

3 starsThe real estate salesperson course is very affordable and convenient if you are a self-motivated individual. That being said, I was a bit surprised to see many typographical and grammatical mistakes throughout the course. This leads me to question if the course is top quality. Also, I had a very frustrating experience taking the final exam with an online procotor, and I do not feel like that process was clearly explained ahead of time. I did pass the course final exam, but had several questions that I could not remember being covered in the chapters, so I had to make my best guess. This, too, leaves me with concerns as to whether or not I am "prepared" for my national/state exam which I plan to take soon. We shall see. I like the price and convenience of the program, but I am somewhat disappointed with the overall quality. There is room for improvement for sure.Review fromJennifer E

Thank you for your feedback. While some of our video content may appear dated, the information itself is fully aligned with the current state-approved pre-licensing curriculum. Course providers are required to teach exactly what the state mandates, so even if the material feels old, it remains accurate and relevant for passing the licensing exam.
We also do offer a free demo of one of our 75-hour real estate courses on our website. This allows students to preview the format and content before committing to enrollment.

1 starI can let you know my experience in ** for the Mortgage Loan officer class with realestateu. They allow a certain number of days to take the class, which is fine. Except, you're required to write 6 essays, which they grade and tell you if you can move on. I've had my license before and never had to do this, I believe it is a way to keep you from completing the class in 14 days. It's unnecessary and I believe it's done to stall the student to repurchase the class to get through it. There's a button on every page that says repurchase the class. I asked for a refund of the class because I was not "100% happy with the class" as they advertise. Only to find out I'm outside the 72 hour window. Do yourself a favor and find another place to take any courses they offer. The low price is a lead in...Real Estate U Online, LLC

We do our best to make sure students are well-informed prior to enrollment. Our 72-hour refund policy and all course requirements are clearly stated on the course purchase page. 1 starRealEstateU Did Not Provide Full California MLO Course as Advertised I purchased the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) course from RealEstateU via *******. The advertisement clearly stated that it was a "California MLO" course, which led me to reasonably assume that it included all state-specific requirements, including the 2-Hour CA-DFPI SAFE course.After completing the 20-hour course and passing the exam, I attempted to register for my license through **** and was notified that I am missing the required 2-hour California course. I was surprised by this, as I believed I had purchased a full California licensing package.On [insert date], I contacted RealEstateUs support team via email and kindly requested complimentary access to the missing 2-hour course. However, I have received no response to date.Because of this issue, I cannot move forward with my license application. I feel misled by the Groupon advertisement and disappointed by RealEstateUs lack of customer support.Resolution Sought:I respectfully request free access to the 2-Hour CA-DFPI SAFE course so I can complete my California MLO licensing requirementsReal Estate U Online, LLC

Weve looked into this issue and also been in touch with Groupon to confirm the details of your purchase. We offer two separate California MLO pre-license packages, both on our website and through Groupon.
There is a *** package that includes the standard 20-hour course only, and there is a DFPI package that includes the standard 20-hour course, in addition to a 2-hour state-specific course. The package you purchased was the *** version, which does not include the additional 2-hour course, as it is not a requirement for that license type.
That said, we understand the confusion, and weve since added the 2-hour course to your account at no extra cost.

2 starsI would like to leave a more positive review but sadly the course has some significant issues. 1. The transcript of the lectures contains multiple poor translations so much so that entire concepts are miscommunicated eg instead of grantor the transcript sites Grand tour some basic review of the transcript would be expected? 2. The speakers are often meandering and cannot be sped up ie basic functionality to listen at 1.5x would be useful when the teachers are off on a tangent. 3. The takeaways and highlights dont actually pull out the key themes for those of us who prefer to skim and dive deep where we are unclear. Overall I gave it a 2, I would have rated it lower except it was the least expensive option so I guess you get what you pay for.Real Estate U Online, LLC
