They over sale warranties and they dont offer a clean business to clients. We legally want to proceed and prove the ** responsible and lack of transparency that the y offer to clients by non offering the explanation of every single warranties and the coverages. This types of big fish need to be stopped some how because they play with people finance. They love to over sale warranties. When you request to take it out they dont do. All about them is about the money and plays with the peoples emotions and finance. We are going to inform this issue to the business consumers department.******* ********

A year ago, I experienced an airbag alert. After waiting over a week for an appointment, I was told I needed to leave the car, but due to their loaner shortage, I had to reschedule. The issue was resolved, but the alert resurfaced in June. I scheduled another appointment, ensuring a loaner would be available. Despite confirmation, there was no loaner when I arrived on July 1st. ******, in charge of Loaners, said they had a waiting list of over 50 people, leaving me to return home.****** assured me she would call when a loaner became available, but I never received a follow-up. On August 1st, a month later, I reached out again, now dealing with additional alerts for my airbags and door latch. I was informed there were still over 20 people ahead of me on the list, meaning only ********************************************** a month.Remarkably, this dealership manages its loaner waitlist on paper despite investments in technology. This raises concerns about what would happen if the list were misplaced. When I attempted to discuss my situation with my advisor, he suggested taking their free Uber ride, leaving me without a car for several days until the parts arrived. When I requested to speak with the dealership manager, the receptionist ghosted **** am unclear about the arrangements between Cadillac/General Motors and the dealerships regarding loaners, but this does not reflect a brand striving to maintain high-end customers. My experiences with *******, ******** ***** and Audi have been vastly superior, and GM should consider this if they want to retain customers trust in **********************. I learned that most ************* Cadillac dealerships have loaners and provide a better experience, so I guess Ill have to drive farther from home to find a solution. This dealership is permanently off my list, and if their sales department mirrors the inefficiency of their service department, I recommend avoiding them.

Made a deal to buy a car from this establishment, had a certified check printed and car added to my insurance to purchase the next day. Then I get a call I need to sign all of the purchase documents electronically, from 3 hours away, while never seeing the car. Then they "sell the car" to someone else who is apparently stupid enough to blindly sign the papers on a car from another state. Don't waste your time with this ******************* shady car lot. Not to mention the documents were never even sent to us. Also, the car was a tesla that was still attached to the previous owners account leaving it not chargeable at a public charger, and succeptible to be stolen due to the previous owner being able to locate and access the car via the app. Thanks for wasting half my day guys!
