  Impressed with every step of the process. Booking was simple, the team was reliable, and everything was packed securely. They moved fast but carefully. Ive worked with movers before, but this was by far the easiest and most professional experience Ive had.

  This was hands down one of the easiest moves Ive ever had. The movers were fast, careful, and extremely respectful. Everything was packed and delivered with precision. I had zero complaints, and Im thankful for their effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable movers.

  I had a terrible experience with Ocean Moving & Storage. The ******, *****, was rude, intimidating and threatened to leave with the moving truck because I questioned the additional charges that were added to my bill. I felt I was being taken advantage of. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

  A move from temporary accommodation to home, the crew two gents were great. They worked as hard as they werent aware of the amount needed to move. Great communication. However, I was not able to comment on the price as it was through my insurance company.

  Moving is naturally a stressful affair, but not with Ocean Moving & Storage. The pros that came to pack and load my stuff made the process so much fun with their hilarious jokes. They cared for my things so well, and I appreciate it.

  The guys from Ocean Moving & Storage, Corp. were very cool and polite. It was easy to talk to them as they were very approachable and yet very professional. They cared for my things so well, and I appreciate it. The price was also, and I loved hiring them.

  They are a safe, honest, reliable Moving Company and we are happy with the experience. They combined beautifully to give me a first-class move without overcharging me. By the end of the process, I was so happy with my decision to use them, and I will call them again should I need to move in the future.

  Communication was great, and my items arrived exactly when stated with no issues. The movers were everything we ever wanted. Went above and beyond. Very friendly staff! Also very fast and efficient! Thank you again! A must-hire moving company.

  I initially engaged New Start Relocation, brokered by Sales Representative *** *****, who promised an easy and expedited moving experience. I was assured that my belongings would be transported exclusively and directly to *******, arriving within 1-2 days. However, as my moving date neared, I struggled to get clear information from the company. They provided vague responses, were generally rude, and, after multiple complaints, revealed that my items could take up to 3-5 dayscontradicting their original promise.On moving day, Ocean Moving and Storage arrived in an unmarked truck, hours late, with a ******* whose conduct was unprofessional and dismissive. He accepted an $80 tip intended for his crew but pocketed it, ignoring my request to distribute it to the movers who performed the actual labor.On the 7th business day, my belongings still had not arrived. The driver contacted me repeatedly with rude comments, suggesting I had lied about street access for a semi-trailer and insisted I didnt know what I was talking about. Although I informed them that large trucks have previously accessed my street without issue, they continued to insist otherwise.When they finally arrived (over an hour late), the crew was rude and disorganized. They demanded I pay the full balance, along with an additional $350 shuttle fee (WHICH THEY HAD NOT DISLCOSED PRIOR TO THIS MOMENT) before they would release my belongings. They falsely claimed this fee was outlined in my contract, which it was not, therefore I felt coerced and threatened to pay this amount. During unloading, one of the movers left halfway through, leaving only one person to complete the job. They didnt even have basic tools like box cutters to assist in ************ make matters worse, both my desk and bookshelf are broken, with multiple other small items being no longer usable or effective. I had to also have my neighbor help with some of the furniture assembly since one of the other men left.
