**************** is obsolete, and communication is nonexistent. Debrah, ********** **** were all three of the *** on where I was passed around numerous times with no resolve. I strongly advise not to do business with this company. Paid a deposit and all service went out the window. Dont be fooled by the cheaper rate because that comes with poor service across the board.

New Way Moving Services confirmed they are part BBB. False, this is a deceptive organization with lack of professionalism. They have no Management oversight. They do blue customers, especially military families and veterans.I signed a contract on 08JULY with set price and brokerage fee paid to them directly. Car transportation driver would pick up my I3 *** 2016 vehicle from ************ ** to ******. Pick up date set from 27JULY to 29JULY Midnight. ******** ***** Five LLC set to pick up vehicle outside of contract date 30 JULY. Multiple attempts on 26 JUL to 29JUL to know Carrier and Drive. Car pick up car 30JULY, which I agree. New Way Moving Services changed prices and dispatched my Job Order: P1001020 as "Rush Delivery" with a price of $1350.00 over $600.00 of my signed contract 29JULY.Carrier refused to release my car on 02 AUG with new price set at $1350. Carrier confirmed from brokerage, New Way Moving Services that contract was set to $1350. This was not agreed upon my pick up of vehicle and to release my car with my signed contract on 08JULY.Current date, 11AUG my car is not with me. ******** ***** Five LLC Claim Manager informed me 05AUG I owe $4036.00 and everyday $250.00 for storage fee.New Way Moving Services used deceptive marketing and advertising which is considered Bait and Switch. This is fraudulent and a scam. Management never returned any of my calls or emails from 26JULY to 29JULY.I paid brokerage fee $252.00. I confirmed with driver, I would only pay outstanding balance of my signed New Auto Moving Service contract of $743.00. Driver agreed. When driver arrived in ******, ** with my car he refused to release to me with signed contract.
