  We had a positive experience with Moving APT, which sorted out the logistics of hiring a trucking crew but kept in touch with us throughout the process. Everything was handled on our expected and preferred timeline - we were aware that the 3rd party movers would have a grace ****** of three days to show up to get our items and also that they had a longer window to deliver - and we were advised accordingly all through the process. Moving APT was the broker but appeared to maintain a vested interest in our satisfaction with the process.

  The driver and crew were very efficient and hard working. Their time to load us and deliver was incredible. ***** was the driver and was a great leader. ****** and ******* were just great in their handling of our household goods. They were a delight to work with.

  This company was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Excellent communication from the time I booked my move (April for June move) and throughout the entire process. My movers, Keith and Page were SOOO professional. They were very respectful, not only to me, but to my belongings, property, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to hire them again. Not only were their services top notch, so was their pricing. I am beyond satisfied with this company. RELIABLE MOVING SERVICES IS GREAT!!! Thank You Adam, Kerrie, Keith, Page, Tania, Alex, Veeka and anyone else involved that I may have missed. Gary

  Professional service providers. Quote was generally accurate; fine print charges related to distance from truck to door were added during the move. I would contract Moving APT again!

  Moving APT did great with my move (~500 mi), some things to note: I would recommend having someone visiting your location for a free inventory report to be done for the best accuracy, when the selected movers are on site, expect the inventory to be tweaked which may be an added cost. The movers were communicative with their ETAs and took care of my stuff. A couple of dings here and there but nothing serious. My stuff arrived within a good window and the movers at delivery were quick. Look up your movers when they are assigned if you have any hesitation.Moving APT was also able to recommend a good car transport service when my original jacked up the price for no reason at the last minute. Their customer service is responsive and helpful.

  Moving APT says they only estimate and it is up to luck if your stuff doesn't get damaged or lost or stolen. Well, mine had damages. They hire Moving Relo, a carrier company, and one of their carriers stole 25 % of 7k (the cost of the move!!!). Moving APT **************** say they will only compensate 6 cents per pound! It is in their writing. I put them in the hands of God. Let God deal with them. They are dishonest and unscrupulous. I hope they learn from this and their comedy circus is over. They hire unreliable carriers, such as Moving Relo to do the job. Moving Relo has no background checks. They actually arrived 8 weeks (54 days) after I hired Moving APT for a trip that could take a week to 2 weeks, **** and then was told they only do estimates not guarantees and blamed their carrier Moving Relo, who doesn't answer their phones. My father who is ill, his hypertension got worse. Also, Furniture was kept at a warehouse (and Moving APT didn't know who put it in the warehouse until 4 weeks later!) and new and expensive musical instruments were stained with mold and mildew in cases and surfaces. An expensive queen size mattress had water spouts and I had to hire junk removal b/c I could not even donate the mattress. Two leather love seats had water spots and mold and mildew. I have photos to prove it. They charged 7K, low-balling the price at the beginning impressing the customer with its misleading website. If this is not illegal, then what is it? ******* legal should investigate.
