    **** international was supposed to deliver a shipment of packages arriving from ******. They were supposed to receive the shipment and truck it to **************. The delivery was scheduled for March 31 between 9 and 10 AM. They arrived at Noon and rush the delivery. They didn't let me look at the paperwork of what they were delivering. They didn't reconcile the shipment with the list of packages that were supposed to arrive. I knew I was missing at least a box (my later mother's letter and some precious silverware from her) and they hurried to leave. I asked for a copy of the paperwork I signed (signaling that I was missing some items) and they never sent them to me. They also delivered a package that WAS NOT MINE and when I pointed this to them, no ONE contacted me to retrieve it (It is still unopened in my apartment), someone in ******* (*******) is still waiting for his package. I suspect that the lack of accountability for packages they lose or steal because all is covered in principle by the insurance of the clients. I wrote to them many times begging them to investigate and got the silent treatment. They just refuse to acknowledge ANY responsibility and claimed that they received only the packages they delivered. I don't believe them because if this was the case, they would have alerted me of that fact immediately. I don't want money. I want them to investigate and send me the missing items!!!
