    I've dealt with nothing but poor quality from this company. Waited 3 months to put fairings on my motorcycle. New pieces came in and I can't use them either because they are damaged as well. I paid over 1200 for the fairings. They want to refund me only 100 back

    Ordered Fairings because it's advertised as ***** days build time and yet it's been almost 3 months since I've Ordered and still have nothing. Communication is terrible sent a update pic and wasent correct asked to change location of sticker took a month to get a response and they changed the whole design and color which was not supoose to happen. When told was wrong they responded back a month later saying not to worry about the design and that was Feb 29th and haven't heard anything back since and it's now April 2nd

    The date of transaction was 2/21/2023 for $1058 promised delivery around 4/24/2023 As of 6/27/2023 there is no delivery of promised goods. After reaching out and speaking to 4 different people and being given another shipping date of 5/29/2023 there is still no update or effort to make it right. After the money spent and effort put forth for a resolution with none given, this is a matter that needs to be handled quickly and swiftly. *********************

    Purchased in October of 2021. Kit arrived months later which is fine. Lower fairings were painted incorrectly and there was no clear coat on the kit. Made a complaint and received half of the kit back. Only parts that were painted the wrong color or had defects. I now have half a bike that is clear coated. If it was a mistake on my end that damaged the parts I would understand. But they refused to send the rest of the parts that needed clear coat on them because I had installed them on the bike. Manufacture defects should not apply to normal policy. I was promised a kit with multiple clear coats and received one with none. **************** was terrible and they ignored my communication efforts. Damage occurred after first ride with new fairings installed. Wrong that it was brought up in the initial complaint in February when the fairings were initially received but nothing was done.

    Order: D220 This order started in may of 2021. It took a while to receive my fairings, which is quite normal. The salesman sold me racing fairings after not properly explain to me what they are. I told him my bike was used for road use but what I was sold can not be put on the road. They then sent pictures of the build which looked to be incorrect. I questioned them then but, I was assured these would work for me. After receiving the fairings, the issue I brought up when I saw build pictures was present. I then called to get this sorted and I was told a manager would call me back. After a few weeks and no call, I called back. I was told again that a manager would call me, no call ever came in. I called at least one a month but this time it went straight to voicemail. It took months for me to get through to someone before ringing once and going to voicemail. No voicemails were returned. I finally got through and this time agreed to me paying for the fix for one part and them paying for another. I was told I would receive a quote in my email. No email came. I finally got through again, they had no reference to my last call and no quote generated. They said they would send me another and so far, radio silence. It is clear that they have no motivation in solving this issue. When calling their main number, you press one if you are an "influencer" and 2 for all other things. From my point of view, this is a classic social media scam. Pump money into social media to increase sales, then abandon customers. It's been two year now that I haven't been able to ride my motorcycle that I paid a fair amount of money for. At this point I would just like a refund.In the invoice, You can see I paid for the "Track Ready" kit. I did not know that this would remove my backseat and headlights/taillights as it was not explained to me. I also paid for a seat cover that was not available for this model. That was not disclosed until later, and I am not sure that I was ever refunded.

    I ordered fairings for my ****** Hayabusa back in November 2022. First of all it took over 3 months for the fairings to ship and I was told they were shipping from their factory in ********* (even though this place was marketed as a US business and is associated with a US address.) On their website they say that the company is state of the art and they go through all these quality controls to ensure that the customer gets the best product. They say they will send you a picture of the fairings before shipping to ensure that the order is perfect (they sent a picture of the fairings from about 3 ft away and at this point I should have known this place was a scam). Then when I received the fairings, they were nothing like they claimed them to be. SO many imperfections in the paint job, it honestly looks like a 5 year old painted the fairings, there are bumps and peeling of the paint and it looks like a complete mess. It is hard to get in touch with anyone from this company because all I want is a refund and after sending them pictures of the horrible paint job, they offered me 1/3 of the amount I paid because clearly the quality is abysmal. At this point I do not want these fairings, I want my money back and I also do not want to pay thousands of dollars to ship these fairings back to ****** (?) which is the only other choice I was given. I did not receive "perfect, OEM quality" parts and therefore I want my money REFUNDED to me for the FULL PRICE OF WHAT I PAID.
