    I had the pleasure of working with an incredible team of professionals during my home-buying processmy realtor, mortgage specialist, and title companyand I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, they worked seamlessly together, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I didnt want to be too involved, and they respected that, only reaching out when absolutely necessary. Their communication was prompt, their professionalism was top-notch, and I always felt like they had my best interests at heart. I truly enjoyed the experience and am grateful for all of their hard work.     This company does not answer phone calls. I am on day number 3 with no answer. Do keep in mind I have been calling multiple times a day from 9AM to 5PM ET. Seriously do not go with this company

    These guys pulled through during an especially rough time. We needed a second mortgage as new immigrants in poor economic times, exhausted with the long process and endless documents but they were flexible and tried to make it as easy as possible. They were very professional even when we had sour moods and were on the verge of giving up. I highly appreciate what they have done for our family, being in an abnormal situation. And would recommend them to anyone.

    As a ********, finding a dream vacation home in ******* within a specific budget and expectations could not be as pleasant as my experience with swift Loan. ********** of Swift Loan has provided excellent advice for obtaining a very suitable mortgage from a U.S. Bank. I was able to close on the property without the need of a single trip from ******* to *******. It may seem very simple, but there are several complicated steps for a non-resident to get qualified in the U.S. Many thanks to *** and his team for making the process so easy and for making the dream of having a vacation home a reality for us.
