    ******** Univision has a streaming program called Univision Now, I subscribed to the application on 1-1-2025 and that same day I canceled the subscription because it was not worth the amount they charged me $12.83 for it, so I decided to cancel that same date and ask for a refund, which was never given to me and they charged me again on 02-27-2025 $11.99, I have tried to contact customer service where they only have given an excuse for the cancellation and refund. For me I think that this application is a scam and how they turn it around for not give the consumer their money back. The Univision Now application is a total scam, therefore I ask for my full refund as soon as possible.

    This company charged me $6.99 on November 4, 2024. I called my bank to find out what it was and they said a ********** network. I told them I didnt purchase this and they said I could either close my debit card or contact the company to get it refunded. I waited until December to see if it was just a one time thing but they charged me again on December 3 another $6.99. I emailed the company. I have numerous emails back and forth with them and even provided them screenshots of the payments that came out of my account. I explained Ive never signed up for this. They only speak Spanish so it was a challenge to translate the emails. They keep telling me they had no account for me. I kept saying well then how are you charging me this each month? They finally said to contact my bank and tell them its an unrecognized charge. So I did and again my bank said I could either close my account or put a stop payment on the charges. I just got charged again today but this time its $8.99. I am beyond frustrated because I should not have this much trouble with a company. I never signed up for this as I have never even heard of it and dont speak Spanish. I dont want to have to close my debit card as I use it for virtually everything including my monthly bills but I want this charge to stop and I want refunded for the 3 months they charged me for. At this point I just want the charge to stop each month even if they wont refund me. Its extremely frustrating and not good customer service. I realize there is a language barrier but they seemed to understand what I was saying.

    This company is charging me again for the 4th month. Is something going to be done about it this? I cannot believe this company is saying they have no record of me having an account yet they continue to charge me and wont stop. Im beyond frustrated.

    I havent emailed them since I got in contact with the better business bureau. I dont understand what you mean by you left the business a message. I thought the better business bureau was supposed to assist in situations such as this. Ive emailed the business probably a dozen times with no success which is why I turned to the BBB. So is this where it ends? My bank says to close my debit card but thats not so easy when I use it to pay my other bills. Im very disappointed with this so far. I thought I would get some resolution.
