    My recent experience for a scheduled EKG and chest X-ray was alarming: 3-hour wait past my appointment time booked weeks in advance Technician appeared elderly and severely undertrained No instructions or communication provided during the procedure Forced to hold an uncomfortable position until my hands went numb Technician struggled with equipment for 30 minutes, even changing batteries Required assistance from another staff member to operate the machine, yet even then still couldn't get anything to work Multiple X-ray retakes due to errors, raising concerns about excessive radiation exposure No protective lead cover provided for the rest of my body during X-rays EKG results returned as invalid due to misplaced electrodes No follow-up or results sent to my doctor for 2 weeks despite multiple calls

    In 2024 I was charged for an ultrasound when it was not necessary due to my medical insurance coverage. They kept my money and did not refund me until I contacted them. I was also charged in 2022 which was also unnecessary due to my insurance coverage. This company is overcharging patients and not issuing refunds if the patient does not contact them. The company lied about sending a check in 2022 then said they never sent a check.

    The homestead location ************************** me services for a preventive mammogram(43yrs) I made an appointment and advised the scheduler that I did not have a referral it was for a preventive annual screening ( Womans Wellness). The location reception told me I dont have-an appointment but I advised her I did call the scheduling line and spoke will someone. She then referred me to her manager (which she spoke in Spanish to about my situation) ***** who was sitting near her who stated all preventive care requires referrals (which isnt true). I then requested the information of corporate so she provided me with a number for ***** the manager at another location! ***** refused to come to the phone for over ******************************************************* to her. When ***** answered the phone she was already charged with an attitude and over talked me. I had not given her any of my information or personal verification. She started giving me personal information about myself and my mammogram history before I gave her my first or last name or anything! I advised her she shouldnt know this information without me telling her my verification unless someone called her before I could get to reach her! She denied it and quickly tried to verify me after the fact of talking and rambling aggressively about my health history at this facility! She continued to say federal law requires referrals for preventive screenings and all medical exams this is very dangerous to give false information to patients! Preventive screenings do not all require referrals esp mammograms preventive annual screenings! She then stated I could go somewhere else that doesnt take referrals and just completely had a dismissing attitude! I went back in the location office and asked ***** did she give my information to the manager before I spoke with her! She denied it and then confirm she needed to update her on who would be calling ! This was why the Manager ***** had my information!
