  This company took my initial money, made numerous promises and assurances and then failed to deliver on every single one of them. They consistently asked for feedback and never bothered to integrate any of suggestions or address my serious concerns. I even had to rewrite entire scripts that were factually wrong only to have them apologize for sending the wrong script. That was followed by apologies for sending the "wrong video." When I scheduled multiple calls to get a resolution, they either did not show up or claimed they would address my concerns only to go silent again. After being assured a resolution for months, they have not just gone silent.

  Zero Stars for TokMedia. They are scam artists. I have been battling with them for 14 months to provide the service that I purchased. Zilch! Notta!

  I have had over **************************** and the company has not responded to any of my messages. I paid this organization several thousands dollars with a bunch of promises. After the hustle to get my money, they ghosted me for weeks at a time, and drug their feet for MONTHS. I was passed from one person to another and I was nearly six months in and had ZERO leads for my business. When I asked questions or tried to persistently follow up I was met with an attitude like I was in the wrong for asking why i was lied to in every point of the process. At one point I brought up every promise they made to me and how not a single one had even begun to be fulfilled, and I was just given the run around. Its a shame that companies like this take advantage of small businesses and they get away with it. It makes no sense. They ignore you + after ignoring you the result is a poor quality ad video that took MONTHS to make. I am not a media professional but myself and those around me can see how poor this company delivers. Please if youre considering doing business with ********** dont. Just read the reviews and trust that there is better out there that doesnt just take your money and deliver nothing for your business.

  TokMedia is a complete scam. Despite their claims that they wont get paid until they generate sales, the reality is far from that. They ask you to pay hefty setup fees upfront, with no guarantee of success. And then, after months of "communication," they deliver almost nothing of ******** seven months, TokMedia produced a mere two videos and TikTok advertising campaigns. Neither of these campaigns generated any sales or meaningful results. Two videos in seven months is not just slowits utterly unacceptable and a waste of time. The quality of the content is abysmal, and when you point out glaring issueslike showing the wrong part of the product or using it incorrectlythey flat out ignore you. In one instance, they shot a video talking about how great the product is but only showed the bottom of it! When asked to make corrections, they refuse, showing a total lack of professionalism and care.TokMedias primary goal is to take your money and do as little as possible in return. When you voice concerns or demand results, they talk in circles about a new strategy, promising it will cost only a fraction of what they usually charge. However, when you ask for a clear breakdown of how that money will be spent, they provide nothing tangiblejust more vague promises and empty words.Their business model revolves around scamming people out of their setup fees while producing subpar work. Theyll continue to drag their feet, making excuses and delaying progress. For example, it took them three weeks just to tell me they were still "discussing" the scope of work internally. TokMedia is not an ethical company, and they are certainly not in the business of generating leads or sales. Save yourself the frustration, time, and moneyavoid TokMedia at all costs. They will waste your time, take your money, and deliver nothing of value.

  Do not work with this company. These are kids who dont actually know whats going on. They have little knowledge about the ads on the app and care even less about your brand. The whole experience has been a nightmare and I hope this review helps a business save thousands before making the same mistake I did.

  The definition of over promise and under deliver. They stole $4000 from us and another $3000 in ad spend to deliver absolutely ZERO ROI over SEVEN MONTHS. In the original meeting, I discussed my hesitation due to us being a niche market and potentially having a demographic not found on tiktok but they said something along the lines of "we wouldn't agree to work with you if we weren't sure it'd work" and ensured there was a huge relevant demographic on tiktok for us. It felt safe to us because we paid $4000 then didnt have to pay anything else until we made our money back, well were 6+ months in and around $3000 in ad spend, and tokmedia made us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. All money is completely down the drain. I was also told that from payment to launch, it'd be 2 weeks, ******* took almost 2 months to get our ads live! Were a seasonal business and this wasted all of our peak season. Im now my 3rd account manager, both previous account managers no longer work for the company. Shocker. Weekly calls are a requirement at our company with every new avenue we use, I was assured this wouldnt be an issue. These ad managers would hardly communicate and kept making excuses on why they couldn't talk to me? Or do anything, ever. ***** finally agreed and set calls in the calendar only to delete all of the scheduled meetings out of his calendar shortly after our original call.I've had several talks with **** and *****, theyre all liars that know nothing and just steal your money with zero return. The most corrupt business Ive ever encountered. Please do not waste your time or your money with these people, learn from my mistake.

  I have worked with a lot of agencies in the past although this has been a very enjoyable experience. Communication is something that I take very seriously, and they have always responded to me in a fast manner. They also got the content, creation and advertisements made, uploaded and launched within 10 days, as they promised originally. We have been working together for three months now, and I am looking forward to seeing additional growth

  Hiring TokMedia was one of the best decisions Ive made for my business. Their team made everything so easy to understand, and they were incredibly responsive throughout the process.
