    I started this meal service for my single son. He took three deliveries and after that I kept getting charged sometimes up to three times a week, butthere were no deliveries. The company said that they would send me pictures of where they left it, but they never did. Ive called several times refuse to be of any help but yet they continued to bill my **************** card so I had to call and stop it, but I am still outthe money

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against AA Meals regarding repeated unauthorized charges and failure to deliver on their refund commitment.AA Meals charged me twice for meals I never received. After contacting them the first time, they acknowledged the issue and issued a refund, which temporarily restored my trust in the company. Unfortunately, after reviewing my bank statements at a later date, I discovered that the company repeated the same action and again charged me twice for meals that were not delivered.Upon noticing this, I immediately contacted AA Meals, requested the cancellation of my services, and asked for a refund of the two unauthorized charges totaling $145.00 ($72.50 each). On March 1st, I was informed that the refund had been processed and would take 5-10 business days to reflect in my account. However, as of March 14th, the refund has still not been received.I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability displayed by AA Meals. Further research has revealed that other customers have experienced similar issues with this company, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior.I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter to help protect future consumers from experiencing the same level of negligence and frustration.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Attached is documentation of my invoice that was sent to me upon request by AA MEALS.

    I am writing in response to AA Meals denial of responsibility regarding my complaint.

    Their statement is both inaccurate and deeply disappointing. I was charged twice for meals that were never delivered. I initially gave the company the benefit of the doubt, contacted them directly, and they acknowledged the mistake and refunded me. Unfortunately, the exact same issue occurred again, this time with no resolution.

    On March 1st, I was told by AA Meals that a refund for the two erroneous charges ($72.50 each) had been processed and that it would take ******************************* my account. As of today, that refund has not been received, despite multiple follow-ups and a clear request for accountability.

    I find it concerning that instead of addressing the facts of this case and the documented timeline, AA Meals has chosen to deny wrongdoing. Their response not only evades responsibility but contradicts their own prior communications to me.

    I have attached supporting documentation to substantiate my claim, including:

    Proof of charges of the transaction date 
    Written correspondence confirming acknowledgment and refund promise
    ********** cancellation notice

    Custumer used our service for over half a year. For over 30 weeks and the 30 weeks its excluding the weeks that he did he ask to pause the meals. However after half a year after using our service custumer comes to us and says we owe him $1440. Custumer send us an exel sheet saying that we only deliver 16 out of the *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the messages. And when we showed custumer that we did not owe them a refund they started to ignore our calls and started to ignore our messages. There its even messages of custumer thanking us for the meals and saying he received the meals on days he says he did not receive the meals.

    This customer is making false accusations. Our company doesn't owe him a refund of $1202.50. We only had to refund 2 transactions of $92.50, making a total of $185. Both refunds were already issued in our end. I have attached 3 documents with the evidence of the 2 credits and the customers text communication where he only requested 2 refunds. Also we explained that the refunds could take 5 to 10 bussiness days. So he has to wait until the transactions clear on his bank.

    I am filing a formal complaint against AA Meals for unethical business practices, including double charging my credit card, charging me more than once within the same week, and failing to fulfill multiple promises. The company assured me of a credit, a refund, and a subscription pauseall of which were never completed. Despite my clear request to cancel my subscription, AA Meals continued to deliver unwanted meals. When I disputed these charges with my credit card issuer, the company responded by threatening to send me to collections, which I believe is an unjust and retaliatory action.Furthermore, AA Meals has a pattern of similar behavior, as evidenced by over 20 negative reviews on ******, with other consumers reporting the same issues of double charges, unfulfilled commitments, unauthorized deliveries, and collection threats.This company claims to have calls recorded and used them as a threat, but has not sent the recordings where I have asked them multiple times to cancel and pause my subscription.     Customer ******** ******** had an account with our meal prep company. We do recurring billing every week as indicated in our website. I have attached the proof of delivery.

    She recived 7 deliveries between 8/29 and 9/28 in total, since on 9/7 and 9/14 she had made 2 orders, for her and her boyfriend, as shown in the attachment pictures.(8/311,9/72,9/142,9/211,9/281)

    Each order had a value of $92.5 because she ordered 10 meals double protein. (Price can be verified in our website), making it a total of $647.5.

    She had 8 transactions making it a total of $740.( 8/29,9/2,9/4,9/4,9/8,9/11,9/18,9/25)

    On 8/6 customer disputed with her bank 6 of the charges making it a total of $555. (9/2,9/4,9/8,9/11,9/18,9/25)So there's only 1 additional transaction that the refund was already issued to original payment method on 9/28( refund can take 7 to 14 bussiness days) and she disputed the transaction before refund process in her account (card ending *****. Excluding the amount refunded, customer ******* ******** is in debt with ********************** for the amount of $462.5.

    AA meals has to refund is suppose to refund me a total amount of 465 dollars and I dont get any response from them. I have made several calls and messages and they do not respond. I do not recommend this business to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional.

    This company is charging me every week $250 for a monthly subscription that should only charge $250 ONCE A MONTH... not weekly. They charged me 7 times when they should have only charged me 3 times in total. I was promised a full refund several weeks ago and I found out today by both THEIR merchant account (Paypal) and my credit company (******* *****) that no credits have been issued. This company said that the multiple charges were a fault with their merchant account that they were aware of. MANY people have had the same exact problem, multiple charges, being charged for products never received. This company does every communication via Instagram only. They don't provide any invoices, no receipts, no order confirmations, no emails, no online account management/subsciption portal..... nothing. They do everything over the phone and it's EXTREMELY shady. If you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they will just lie, lie, lie, saying anything to make you believe the problem would be rectified. These people are criminals. I expect a FULL REFUND.

    My first charge was May 16th with subsequent charges that were supposed to be monthly. By early August I was charged 7 times, 7 monthly charges.... 3 months later. Even the vendor's statement of me using 5 months of service is physically impossible.  All you need is a calendar to realize that between May and August is 3 months of service, not 5, and certainly not 7. I have CONTINUED to ask for invoices/receipts to confirm my subscription and the vendor refuses to do so, threatening me to just send me to collections. To the vendor - Your math isn't mathing.

    We provided a picture of our conversation with this customer proving that he didn't cancel before the due date with was 8/26th for the month of September. Out of the 7 transactions he claimed we did, 2 were refunded, leaving you 5 charges.     The company took an order from me after discussing a delivery window that would work, and times that would not work because I would have been unable to get the meals in time. After agreeing upon a time window, I bought a month of meals, and the driver informed me they would be delivering in a time window that would not work, and I was offered a refund. The refund has been held over my head for 2 months now, they ignore phone calls, agreed to mail a check and never have. I ask this be investigated and they be shut down when you see how they scam.

    AA Meals holds itself out to be a meal delivery service. The company has an online promotion offering customers 2 meals per day for $250 per month (see Exhibit A). The company has you click that link and enter information on their platform to secure payment and render its meals. No copy of a contract or other information detailing any terms was ever provided to me. However, I did take the below screenshot (see Exhibit B) that itemizes that for a monthly plan you are charged every 4 Sundays (i.e. once a month). The first charge for the FULL MONTH promotion shown below was on July 3rd in the amount of $250. A second charge was made on July 17th for $440. This amount was NEVER disclosed, as you can see from the terms on the screenshots shown on Exhibit B below.Upon further inquiry into this company, I can see several others complaining about recurring and undisclosed charges in excess of $470. This company is also reflecting as permanently closed online (see Exhibit C). It is clear that AA Meals are accustomed to making inaccurate and deceptive advertising claims and this is simply unacceptable. For this reason, I am requesting the second charge of $440 to be refunded to me immediately, and for any future payments to cease.

    This person is making false accusatons, since she  never addressed to us the billing issue. She decided to make claims and complaints before talking to our customer service. Our company has tried to reach to her over the phone many times, and there's no answer. Her billing issue was a mistake from our billing team and it has quick solution if you reach out first, but she refuses to speak with our agents. Her order it's been already cancel, but we need to reach out to her and it's been impossible
