      On February 12, 2023, I received an email from Close Point, offering to connect us with 12 businesses in need of staffing. Intrigued, I expressed interest and secured an appointment with E.P., the owner of Close Point.During our conversation, Mr. ** explained that Close Point would arrange appointments between my company and potential clients, with the condition that they receive 10% of the resulting closed business as compensation. To initiate the process, I made an upfront payment of USD $3800, referenced by invoice number #7A2CE81A-0002.The agreement guaranteed 10 appointments in the first month, with a commitment of 20 appointments in the subsequent month if the initial target was not met. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the necessary arrangements. Closepoint purportedly collaborated with 10 other recruitment firms, and had a lot of experience securing appointments.However, after six months, I had not received any viable opportunities. I offered constructive feedback and suggestions to Closepoint, but no fruitful results were achieved.On June 5th, I contacted Mr. ** to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. He promised to provide five individuals for consideration, which we reduced to two individuals, by the end of the month. We agreed that failure to meet this commitment would result in a refund.Regrettably, Mr. ** failed to deliver on his promise and did not present any suitable opportunities. On June 30th, he falsely claimed that opened emails qualified as opportunities, asserting that he fulfilled his obligations under the contract. He also alleged investing $4500 in setting up my account and said he could not refund my money.In response, I clarified that my payment was intended to secure appointments. I firmly believe that Mr. ** is engaging in fraudulent activities, deceiving people, and failing to fulfill his promises.I want a refund.
