I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother, ****** *****, pursuant to the attached POA. We detected an ACH withdrawal from her bank account on 6/11/25 in the amount of $48.77 paid to ISI Life Insurance. My mother lacks the capacity to have knowingly agreed to this transaction and we fear it was the product of coercive and deceptive sales tactics and under extreme duress. We demand an immediate refund and cancellation of any policy related to this matter. I am the Office Manager here at Insurance Services (The *** Companies) I receive multiple calls daily and have for the past few months about individuals bank statements being marked with no more information other than ***. When you ****** *** it gives our company information and said individuals do not hold accounts with us nor can we deduct funds from their bank accounts, we are ********************** brokers we do not ever take money from any ones account. ********************** ***************** is however their own insurance company and can deduct funds from these said accounts. I get phone calls daily sometimes with these people calling back repeatedly. It is hindering our business and our employee work day having to take these calls and their customer base not being able to make contact with them. Insurance Supermarket International is utilizing lead generators who are violating the *** Do Not Call list and utilizing Caller ID Spoofing to hide their identities. I have evidence of the lead generators (most likely from *****) making over **************************************************** with a Life Insurance Representative. This number has been on the *** do not call list since July 1, 2003.I recorded the calls and finally worked through all the lead generator "validation" individuals and was connected to the actual business purchasing the leads (Insurance Supermarket International). This organization instantly hung up when I explained the violation.This company cannot hide behind a lead generator in order to violate the *** Do Not Call list. I have also reported this organization to the ***. I receive roughly 25 illegal calls daily. Most of the life insurance calls begin with "Hello this is *****" automated voice. They will not cease. I bought a policy they're saying that I called in a day past the day in order to receive a refund on the policy but when reading the paper is anytime within 30 days of the receipt of the policy by the owner this policy may be returned by the owner for cancellation by delivering or mailing to the company or our agents such be the same position as if no policy or contract has been issued any premiums paid to the policy will be refunded to the owner I called in on July 3rd of 2024 to cancel my policy because the payment was more than what I was told and the date of issue is June 3rd 2024 and they're telling me that if I would have called in July 2nd they could refund me the money they had told me over the phone the first gentleman I spoke to is that I would receive a refund it would be a wire transfer back to my bank account within seven business days I still have not received it I called back in and now I'm being told that I will not receive a refund that I was missed told information I would like a refund of my ****** upon speaking to the lady today she told me there are no supervisors no managers no one above her and I would not be receiving my refund because I was a day past the refund day I think that is completely unreasonable and I should receive my refund.Business Response

I took out a policy one day and financial problems came up the next. I tried to cancel the policy. I have reached out to them numerous times through email and through phone calls. I also, put a stop to the payment through my bank. This business has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. The only thing I would like is for the policy to be cancelled.Business Response
