I had filed an insurance claim using Your Insurance Attorney2601 ************** 5th floor *****, ** *****. *************. They are demanding I sign a POA or endorse checks for mold remediation that never occurred and send them back to them. I had mold testing and never received the remediation to roof my home of mold. They are now holding a check for mold remediation power their emails. My youngest has asthma and if a check was issued they need to release the check for remediation. They are harassing me and committing fraud. I notified them they are fired because they did no work. The adjuster doesnt return calls and did not keep his appointment when the insurance confidant came for their walk through to evaluate damages. I left a bad review for poor communication and was told to take it down. I cannot imagine how many elderly people this company has scammed. They are sending me threatening emails stating they will be the payee on all checks. Will be charging additional fees and interest for firing them even though they did no work and are attempting to make me sign a power of attorney and all checks over to them. They are repeatedly calling me and the insurance company although they were terminated in writing. Please help our point me in the right direction.
