    Cancellation of Jumpspeak is horrible! I followed the steps outlined to cancel my subscription via the app and I was still charged. I searched the internet trying to find a phone number to speak to someone in customer service...could not find one. Found instructions after searching forever and it only allows you to cancel moving forward. I will dispute with my credit card company to try to get a refund. If this was an above board company it wouldn't be this hard for customers to cancel. Even when I cancelled moving forward, I didn't get a notice of cancellation sent to my email. In small print on the cancellation screen it shows a cancellation date. I printed it out for my only proof this time since the app where I initially cancelled didn't send any verification of the previous cancellation either. It's companies like this that make it hard for consumers to have any faith in online businesses.

    I tried out this service last June. It became apparent very quickly that it was unsuitable for my needs. I cancelled it within the trial period and thought it was done. I was surprised when I got charged again one year later. I will be checking with Miami and Florida law enforcement to see if this is fraud since I have proof of their receipt of my cancellation last June I was unimpressed with their language training and am less impressed by their business practices.

    They have charged me 3 times for my suscription in 4 months!!!, they don't have a phone number and they don 't answer to emails, do not get this app is terrible they are thieves of your hard earned money

    I was charged $349/month for two months for a tutoring service I never used, scheduled, or knowingly enrolled in. This was bundled with a trial in a way that was not transparent. I received no notifications or reminders before billing began.They refunded one month, but refused to refund February and March, despite no service being delivered or used. They claim tutors were "reserved," which I never requested and was never informed of. I've filed a dispute with my bank and an *** ************ requesting a full refund of the remaining $698. This billing practice is misleading and has affected others as well. Stay away from this business.

    I was able to cancel but nowhere do I see request for refund. The ads say money back guaranteed. Now its going to be 3-6months before they consider giving me back my money. It shouldnt be this hard to request refund for an app you cant access until you put in credit card information. It is misleading

    I would give this site a zero if I could. I was so hopeful of improving my Korean pronunciation but couldnt access the site after payment. I requested a refund and havent heard back from the company. Is this why they are not BBB accredited? Does anyone know how I can contact a real person at Jumpspeak to talk to about this?

    I did a commercial for this scam company and they have refused to pay for over two months, ignoring dozens of messages I have sent them.

    I would totally avoid this company. The customer service is terrible, or in ******************** language "equitable". I signed up in Nov 2023 as part of a Jumpspeak $96 annual offer, plus live tutoring at $295/month. Unfortunately my husband had health issues arise in December resulting in a 6-week hospital stay and a terminal cancer diagnosis. When I realized in Feb **** that I paid the original $96 offer plus $295 each month for Nov, Dec and Jan but hadn't touched the service since Nov (and sincerely won't be able to in foreseeable future), I requested a refund- possibly 1-2 months. My request was rejected and instead a $59 refund of the original annual fee was given. They would not refund a dime of the $885 which was not touched. I was told it would not be "equitable" to refund more than the $59. Not the kind of company with which I want to be associated- zero customer service, ********** grabbers. Heartless

    As mentioned on our website, we do offer 100-Day money back guarantee on our Jumpspeak app. It does seem like we honored this for you by offering that full money back of $59.

    Could you please share where the $96 amount comes from?

    As for the tutoring charges, we do state upfront that we do not offer a 100-day money back for live tutoring services. One, because we do offer a 7-day free trial where we have stated the terms of the charge, including that you will be charged if you do not cancel and that you are able to cancel at any time during the trial.

    We also do offer refunds within the first week of being charged, but unfortunately due to the nature of the live tutoring model which involves working with tutors, we are unable to offer a refund 1 to 2 months after the charge.

    With that said, I want to make sure your subscription was canceled so you are not charged moving forward. Could you please email us at ******************************** if this was not the case?

    Scam, the customer service was contacted within one minute of charge showing up on my paypal that I did not authorize, I simply clicked a link, and they refuse to refund $295 for a service I never recieved, ******** and Fraud
