  I placed an order early this year for Valentines day, decided to test their products out. Only got earrings to be safe- they were great! Shipping was fast, great experience.Was so pleased I placed another order towards the end of February, a bigger order 2 pendants and a chain, one of them a custom pendant. As of today 7/2/2025, I still do not have half of my order. ( the custom pendant and the chain) . I have been going back and forth with customer service for monthes with no real solution or help. There is maybe 10 different **** and only 2 of them actually understand what is going on, the rest just say they will get back to you, or give you a rude answer. Company has potential, could be great. There needs to be work done on customer service training, and cross-departmental communications. My customer order is so delayed because it never actually got put into production until May 23rd. I have received nothing to rectify this situation, and have had to still continue to deal with poor communication. I asked over and over again for a completion date , never got one. Now my item is competed for well over a week and no one seems to know what is going on with my order or where it is.I really wanted to love this company but I am not sure I will be back. Management needs to work on the process of work flow and customer service. You have to give your customers the truth and real answers or else there is no trust. Learn to calculate dates of completion or estimated ship dates.

  I purchased 4 items one time and everything went off without a stitch, a month later I order 2 more items. 18 days after my order was placed, my order cant be found, there is no update, and the only update they provided was there was no update. This companys customer service is beyond terrible. This will be my last time ever purchasing from this company.

  Incredibly shocked that the pendant we ordered from GLD faded in less than 6 months! Especially when the company prides and markets itself on exceptional quality using only high-quality materials in our jewelry and claim to do rigorous testing for quality and durability. Their lifetime warranty gives the impression of a durable product from a trustworthy company. In actual reality, the warranty process ends up costing about the same amount as the initial purchase and then receiving another inferior product. And make no mistake, 75 percent of their 5-Star reviews are fake 31 people dont just happen to ALL decide at the same time to leave a 5-Star review on May 12th!

  My chain was shipped to a completely different state across the country and I was told that it was my fault and when asked, customer service completely disregarded my feelings and the severity of the situation and simply told me to reach back out in one to two days to expect a result of a question they would not answer simply put do not spend your money on this if you want quality, jewelry or something even less than quality, but good looking go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. These people dont care about making products for the everyday person they care about making money for themselves. You dont need a product where you get what you pay for because in this case you wont even get the product that you paid for.!
