    I ordered a necklace in February 22nd 2023 to have my deceased mom and grandmother pictures on it and it's July 2020 no necklace and now they won't refund my money or respond back to me.

    I ordered a chain in April 26 of 2023 and I have not received the item nor are they responding to my emails . The website is down and after reviewing the reviews I realized they are scammers and frauds who kept thousand of dollars . This business should not be running and the owner should be thrown in jail for fraud .

    Purchased a item on the website back in March , I was being informed about my purchase then everything stopped.at this point I just want my money back but havent heard anything back about a refund or my purchase

    I made a purchase with this company back in March for a picture necklace and have not received it as of yet. I reached out to the company by email since there is no telephone number to call to inquire about my purchase of a picture necklace, and was told that the item is still in process. I waited a couple of weeks and still have not received the item so I reached out to the company again by email on 05/12/2023 checking on my order since the 5 to 8 weeks are well passed for the merchandise to be sent out to me and here it is July and still no necklace. I sent another email on July 2, 2023 with no response, at this point I would like my money back. I attached all the emails that I have. Thanks in Advance *****************************

    SP Gemstone Gods Jewelry was supposed to send my merchandise several months ago that I ordered in January they kept telling me it would be sent and now it is July and I have not received my merchandise from the company and I paid for the items. I reached out several times and still didn't get my merchandise back from the company.

    I placed an order on 2/1/2023, my order number is ******, I paid $44.99 and received a confirmation email. I was told it would take up to 8 weeks to receive my order. I reached out through email a few times and was told they were working on it and they were waiting to ship in bulk. Eventually they stop responding and s*** their website down. I havent received my order nor a refund.

    I had ordered a necklace in remembrance for a loved one. Gemstone Gods said that itll take 5-8 weeks for them to ship it out. I had gotten an email saying that I needed to verify my shipping address, so Im thinking that my necklace would be here soon , but still didnt receive it, so I emailed the Gemstone Gods email & down below is what they sent me. I ordered this necklace in January here it is 6 months later & I still have yet to receive my necklace its sad because that was a special memorial gift ?? for a loved one, so ** lost in both situations they wont refund me my ************ NEVER gave me my necklace. All in all is do your research on the business before you buy & most importantly DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Also they dont have a number to call to speak with *********** just looked & I see their website is no longer. So learn from me & DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE PLEASE.
