    I have one of thier systems in my car. This past satrday, I was at a gas stattion when thier device failed over and over and over to work, well over an hour I waited. I called for tech support, and the next thing I know, I had a notice on the device for an "Immediate recall". I called and asked what this means, they informed me that I have to have the device "reset" and that it is going to cost me ***** to get it done.I asked why it was going to cost me when it was the machine that messed up. There was no other answer except a scripted one that gave no answer at all. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was there in the position, that they would send an email, and I would be contacted within 48 hours of the complaint. Well, it's been 48 hours plus, and no call. I was also told this same thing about tech support and I am still waiting for a call from them.There is no corporate number to call and no one to get in touch with if you have a problem, except for low-level employees that repeat the script with no answers and no resolutions except to cost the consumer money.I do not feel that if I call their tech support line I should have to pay for a reset since that appears to be their only solution. I do not believe there is a tech support department and that this is a huge scam on the company's part to profit off the back of people already struggling.Please can you help me resolve this matter.
