    Sucedi el da enero ******* por solicitud de **** E2 (ostentaban 100% de aprobacin )1-Contrat esta compaa para obtencin de la **** E2 enviando un correo de aceptacin despus de la reunin online y aceptando la asesora LEGAL, nunca se me respondi el correo indicando que en su compaa no haban abogados.2-Me enviaron junto a mi familia a ********** para la cita de obtencin de **** a conciencia de que saldra denegada por lo que la misma persona que realiz mi carpeta ************************* me indico que ***************** que me la denegaran, para mi su respuesta fue impactante, como era posible que estas personas me hicieran este dao por su mala gestin y nulo conocimiento legal al solicitar cambiar a los socios en las compaas de ***** y la compaa en *****.3-Pagamos 6.130,00 que solicit se me devolviera por la mala gestin y sus pocos conocimientos en este tipo de **** ********************* me aseguraba que ostentaban un 100 % de aprobaciones.4-Mi compaa en ***** est en riesgo por las modificaciones que ellos recomendaron hacer y yo como CEO no puedo estar en *****.solicito devolucin de dinero por engaos y daos provocado ****** familia

    Dear BBB:

    *******************************; and her husband *************************** came to our office needing help wirh her E-2 ***** The investment was already made and the case already submitted in the ** consulate in ***** which at the time was closed and not giving appointments for applicants of E-2 Visas. According to the invoice enclosed we where hired to resubmit the case in ******, *****. Basically we had to duplicate the ** forms and submit the same documents already prepared . For that reason we charged 50% of our usual fees for an E-2 **** preparation.

    At some point over the process we were made aware that her husband had ******* citizenship  (if the **** were granted it could be issued for up to five years instead the one year for ********)  and the office prepared a complete new **** where he was the applicant. Please note that the only additional fee charged was to prepare a simple Operating agreement between husband and wife. They where informed that the case was weak and they needed to invest more. They choose to ignore us and decided to proceed with the application in ********** (Consulate that was offering the fastest interview dates). At the time of the interview the case was denied.

    As a courtesy to them and without charging any additiotnal fees  (except translations required at the consular level) we helped them update the documents needed for their appointment in ***** since the consulate had oppened and was seeing applicants. Please note that we were updating a case previosly filed by a different office, the amount of work required was equal to doing a complete new application. At that time we gave them all the documents required for the interview and everything they needed and told them that we no longer wanted to continue working  with them. We had done more that what we were originally hired for and it seem at the time there was nothing we could to keep them satisfied . Before their interview and denial we have never have gotten a denial on an E-2 ****, we were not lying. We do not advertise that we are attorneys and do not give legal advise to clients, we prepare forms and applications.

    ***************** is demanding over $25 thousand dolars in compensation as you can see on the email enclosed. We do not wish her or her company any harm but ***************** had failed to understand that appliying for a US **** is a privilege not a warranty. Ayuda Center has been in business for over thirty years and we give every case our all but at the same time I demand that my employees are treated with the respect they deserve. We go above and beyod for every person that chooses to work with us but sometimes the results are not the desire ones.

    Primero; nosotros nunca fuimos a contratar a sus oficinas, el seor ******************* realiz una propuesta de nuestro caso  online nosotros estando en *****, el indic que eran una compaa sin ninguna denegacin que nuestro caso lo podramos realizar por Espaa ya que mi esposo tiene la nacionalidad espaola y que para ello yo debera cambiar a los socios en la compaa de ***** y darle el 50% a mi esposo tambin me indico que deba hacer lo mismo en mi compaa de *****, yo siempre pensando que l era abogado ya que me dieron su contacto como abogado en esta conversacin el me indic que el abogado de inmigracin anterior me haba estafado por presentar mi solicitud estando las citas suspendidas es por ello que su presentacin y su manera de vender su asesora legal me daba confianza despus de terminada la reunin online yo deba pagar lo que el me indic y debera aceptar es por ello que luego de tanta maravilla que el me indica decido tomar su asesora legal que fue as mi respuesta al contrato en este correo nunca se me indic que ellos no eran abogados. 
    Segundo : ellos hablan de que ******** continuar despus de que ellos nos indican que el dinero invertido no era suficiente, eso NO es as de lo contrario eso lo hubiesen advertido al 
    momento ******* toda nuestra documentacin 
    Antes de aceptar nuestro pago por su asesora, en cuanto al valor que se pag ese monto lo determin *******************. 
    Tercero: ellos hablan que era primera de negacin y antes de nosotros al entrar a la entrevista sali una chica llorando y era asesorada por ellos (Ayuda Center ) tambin por su **** de ******** entonces tambin es otra falsedad. 
    Si tienen denegaciones y ellos venden un 100 % de aprobacin 
    Tercero : entiendo que pueda salir denegada est dentro de las posibilidades lo que no encuentro correcto que la persona Fabbina ******** que realiz mi carpeta despus de ser denegados asuma y me diga que ellos ***** que la denegaran que era dbil, pero sin embargo  ***** insisti en presentar sabiendo lo que nos perjudicar como  familia. Ellos estaban al tanto de todo, pero no fueron capaces de ser transparentes pero, sin embargo eran capaces de cobrar sabiendo lo que estaban haciendo. 

    Lo que no quiero es que vuelvan a hacer dao a otros clientes y que me devuelvan el dinero pagado.
