    Was Charged $183.00 for 1 night in a room with toilets that did not flush properly, maintenance came and lied saying it was fixed and the issue continued. Told us we could have a refund due to the inconvenience, went down to lobby with card in hand and then they failed to mention we needed to leave hotel for refund at 1015pm that night. Window plastic was ripped and fridge does not post cost for the snacks on the QR code that states 'check here for prices'. I am asking for a refund of this room and would like to make a formal complaint on their buisness practices.
