      That hospital practice the bullying against the employee and the managers and the staff don't do nothing against the bullying and the nursing sistem is bad they don't take care of the patient

      I like my doctor very much, but the system is not working. Takes weeks to get a prescription or a referral. Too many staff to get a straight answer.

      Great doctors, but and absolute bundle of bureaucracy. Practically takes going through endless red tape on the App or if your lucky on the phone. Their nauseating recordings about quality assurance is so fake and and absolutely insulting . The entire experience is horrific, discombobulated with all departments on separate pages.. If you don't have a current medical condition you will after your U Health fiasco. Btw, the high falurent eye institute is incapable and not at all interested in performing a basic wall chart eye exam along with a color test. Or most likely you don't have the triple platinum eye insurance that they accept.. The whole experience, with the exception of a handful of employees that actually try and help is a Horrific patient experience.. Overall I give and F . They know and simply only care about what insurance you have..

      DO NOT GO TO UHEALTH AND ESPECIALLY DR. ***** *. ******. They will over charge you. Send you for procedures you don't need or code the procedure to make the most money even if it hurts the patient. They don't care about the patient only how much they can rip you off. I was charged for a procedure that my insurance covered 100% but DR. ***** * ****** sent in a different code that made her more money but costed me over $700 for procedure that my insurance covers. I only saw her once. and she coded it as follow up diagnosis code. Called her office to get corrected but she refused to change to code. I guess her new Bentley was more expensive than she expected. There are many great doctors in this area. No need to go to a place that will rip you off. AVOID UHEALTH AND ESPECIALLY DR. ***** *. ****** or you will pay the price.

      I have a billing issue, when you call no one answers, I have left several messages for a call back, both on their voicemail and on their website, still no one calls me back yet I get all these automated messages saying I owe them money. Cannot reach anyone.. ever. Like they don't exist
