I purchased vitamins on 11/22/2024, was not satisfied. The vitamins came with a 30 day money back guarantee. I returned the vitamins and to date, I have not received my refund. It has been 2 months now. I am seeking a $269.95 refund and would like get it as soon as possible. Someone called my mom stating he was catholic priest and that he was going to send her silver crosses that came from the ****. These people are not priest or catholic they did send her crossed but they are not silver these are fake! These people are scammers that take advantage of older people. On the month of October I purchase some vitamins thru this company and I was assured that if I wasnt happy with product I have 30 days to returned the item and get my money back minus 30%. I have been trying to speak to the nutritiones by the name ***** ******** that was the lady that called my and told me that try at no risky and all the time the hung the phone. This is fraudulent company, I have been treated very bad and I want to get my money back. I am an elderly person 77 years old and I want my money back, this product is terrible and the service is worse. I have been abuse and I hope you can help me get my money back. $200 is a lot of money when I only get $1000 a month, very dishonest company and I sure hope you can be assisting to me. You have no idea how many times a day I called and the hug up as soon I tell them my name. Please help me you are my only hope, this should be out of business, the *** the clients and because is a **************** no one does anything. I purchased this and paid ****** then I received it and was charged an additional ****** after so I returned the product because I didn't want to be charged again. So when I called to tell them I returned it I was constantly hung up on. Because of this I had to borrow money to pay my bills and the stress of all this made me sick. I purchased Vital Cure supplements on March 2nd, 2024. I wanted to try the product, so I only wanted to purchase 1 bottle. The sales rep. said I had to purchase a minimum of 3 bottles. She started at a price of $300 for all 3 bottles. I said I couldn't afford it, and insisted in only 1 bottle. She then lowered the price to $280, and again I told the sales rep that I could not afford it. She then lowered it to $250. I agreed, then asked about the product's side effects, and she said they were no side affects and that the supplements were 100% natural. After I ended the call, I did research on the product and found out that not only there are side effects, but also the price for each bottle at other websites (same brand) were $59.99 and no shipping fee. This means that I could have gotten these for $179.97. I called the company back and told them that I wanted to cancel the order because 1) there are side effects which due to my health, I would not be able to take them, and 2) they were selling the 3 bottles for more than sold at other places. They said, someone would call me back that same day on March 2nd, but I did not receive a call that day, Sunday or Monday. I received an email on Monday March 4th, that the order had been shipped. I called the company and informed them that I had called to cancel. The sales rep said not to worry and to return the products once I received them, and that they would refund my money when they received the package back at their warehouse. On March 8th, I received the package, called customer service back, and ******* gave me the instructions to return the package. I returned the package the same day March 8th, and obtained a tracking number.I called today and asked when I should be getting my refund, and they said they had not received the package, and they hung up. I tried calling them 10 more times, and each time they would answer and hang up. I tracked the package (tracking number **********************). On 12/21/23 order the Army product for arthritis pain. First they could not get the credit card to go threw. Then when the product did come we ended up having to pay cash at the post office $270.00. (That should have been a red flag). Once we received the product they never sent the massagers and claimed that it was not advertised that way (another red flag). After testing for over three weeks, the product did not work. My pain was just as bad, none of it worked. Called on Jan. 23rd 2024. **************** claimed that they had to process the complain for approval and that I should hear from them in 72 hours, never happened. Called again on Jan 29th, after calling seven times someone finally answered. Again claiming that it takes two weeks to process the complaint. Now it has been 2 weeks and still nothing. I want my money refunded. This is a scam and they are just taking advantage of the elderly. **************** and the company should be investigated for fraud. Please send refund. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother. I am her guardian, and I have a power of authorization. She has chronic knee pain, and while watching TV Corporate American Solutions, LLC was promoting a product that they promised it will take the pain away. I bought this product for my mother. I called, and spoke to a lady who told me she was a doctor and as well promised that my mother will be pain free. The cost was $219.95, and it was charged to my credit card. I received the product Nov 17, The date of the transaction was Nov 12, Invoice # *******. Kanadix Cream Pain Relief. I called them Dec 12, told them that the cream and the pills were not working, mom was still in a lots of pain. They promised to send me another cream stronger that will work better. I was asked to send the one cream that was not open. The next day I went to the post office and mailed the package. When I got home, I called them and provided them with the shipping number, as I was told I needed to do. I never received the cream that was supposed to be stronger. When I called them again inquiring about the new medication it was about we tried to get in touch with you, but there was no answer. I responded that they didn't have to get in touch with me; they just needed to send the meds to my address which they have. I called them approx 6/7 times sometimes they kept me on the phone for 30/40 min and when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they will hang up on me. I want customer to be aware of company like this one. I called on Feb 5th and they promised to send me $96.95 to receive it between 10 to 14 days. Not sure that I will received the money. I am filing this claim on behalf of my 78 year old grandmother who has dementia and can no longer advocate for herself. She was charged $250 on her credit card for "cascorp productos naturales" in late October. She never received such products. When i went to go pay her credit bill last week, i saw on the statement that she was charged for such products she never got. I called on 12/15 to obtain a credit and the woman on the phone told me she could not help me because they were delivered 10/25 @ 107pm to her mailbox which is impossible as her mailbox is small and would not have fit. When i proceeded to tell her that, she told me to call the nearest post office to find out about the product. I told her, the products were no longer wanted and all i was asking was to get reimbursed as this is not the first time her card was charged without receiving product. After investigating this company, they did not even have a webpage which makes this business suspicious.
