    Not very responsive or trustworthy.I started a 1 yr program in april 2025. They have taken the bulk of the cost in payment but have been circling me around their support and doctor support chats. No one answers the phone. I get asked the same 3 questions and am very tired of sending the same photos. It was very easy to on board and I got my first 3 months doses, which worked great. But then it fell to c*** They didn't ship my next 3 months. So I had to hustle and it came but it was hot. Now Im fighting to get months 5 and 6. They are saying they sent me a 3 month supply when they only sent 1. I took photos when I opened and sent them. They respond with the same questions again and again. It fels like they are using an AI chat bot to give me the run around until my final payments go thru. I have recommended them to friends but am now going back and taking it back.I work in Healthcare and if I had this experience with a provider I would he filing for incompetence.

    I ordered Terzepitide on June 6, 2025. ****** took the payment and I never received my order. I messaged on the portal and found out that they do not respond within the hour as they say they do. Days later, I get a response saying they apologize and will expedite my order within ***** hrs. Almost a week later after still seeing that my package status was still the same, which was showing a tracking number but saying *** has not received the package yet I called and spoke to someone in customer service, and they provided the same feedback that the package is still with the pharmacy. I waited 3 more days and still no update has changed on the portal regarding my shipment. I had to call customer service back to have them cancel a second shipment notice for July when I hadnt received the 1st. Why would they be trying to take a second payment for a second shipment????!!!! I havent received the first one I paid for!!!! As of today, I still havent received my order and its been almost a full month. I cant get a solid answer from anyone on how to get my package. Im going to have to cancel at this point! Highly disappointed with Ivy Rx!!!!! The fact that they are only replying to the good reviews lets you know not to trust this company!!!!!

    I have tried to use ****** as a new provider and it is not going well. After a long onboarding process I was finally approved for a starting dose. Proof of earlier script/dose was provided. IVY RX did not honor earlier scripts for dose provided. May 22nd script approved. No meds received. **************** contacted twice. It is now June 5th. **************** offered a 10$ refund on a $780 purchase. Still waiting. I will try to update if meds are ever received. This has been my real experience with Ivy RX.
