    I purchased this item on Jan 19 but did so by mistake as I was trying to find FSA information but was charged instead. Per their website, if you email within 1-2 hours they can attempt to cxl the order. I emailed within 10 mins. Approx 8 hours later I received an email saying the order had been processed and prepared for shipment. I requested tracking info and was given the runaround. Eventually I conceded to the idea that I was getting a sauna and let it go. On Jan 31, I was given a *** tracking number. As of today, Feb 10, *** has no knowledge of the order. Burneek has no phone numbers to call and I receive the same canned "we apologize for the delay" emails every time I inquire about my order. Many others on ******** are experiencing the same issue. At this point the company is so terrible to deal with, I fear this is a scam and I just want my money back

    Ordered a Sauna from this business on January 2nd, after a week of no shipment I sent them an email about status and they replied back stating that could take up to 4 weeks to ship (In their webpage says they ship in the same day).After three weeks I asked for the order to be cancelled with a refund which they refused stating "It was processed" already. I continued to send emails but they stopped replying back.Up to this day (A month after) the business have not send the item nor refunded my money back.

    Ordered got it in, went to use it doesnt heat up to even close what its supposed to, reached out to them they sent me a new unit, does the same thing. They sale junk, Ive asked them for a refund and they just tell me they will send another unit. Im over this company its like they have an automatic response every single time and they dont care that you have issues! Id much rather order somewhere else at this point but they refuse to send me a refund They also have this listed on their website 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Love it or your money back.

    I am ********* from Burneek, writing to inform you about the case concerning our customer, ****, *****. Initially, the customer reported an anomaly with their purchased product, which we addressed by providing a replacement unit. Currently, the customer indicates that the new unit does not reach the desired temperature, although it operates within its specified parameters.
    To resolve this issue, we have offered to send the customer a new model of the steam machine that is more powerful and capable of achieving higher temperatures. However, these models are currently out of stock. We are awaiting their arrival and will dispatch the upgraded unit to the customer as soon as possible.
    We appreciate your understanding and are available for any further inquiries.

    Im not happy with that response I dont want another unit they have 100 day love it or money back and Ive reached out to them several times about wanting a refund! I get the same response every single time! They told me I could send it in but then nothing back and was told I would get a replacement. I just want a refund to be done with this company. I saw a comment on ******** another person having the same issue, they go and delete all the bad comments of people having issues. Its sad

    Ive had 2 units and neither work so I know its not worth mine time anymore

    I am rejecting this response because: this will be the 3rd unit and honestly not happy they dont back their product besides wanting to keep ending you the same product over and over again when Ive had issues with the both that they had sent me. I honestly just want my money back to go with another company that holds up to their policy. They offer 100 day love it guarantee and I have told them several times I dont want a replacement I want money back Im tired of the junk they keep sending me. You cannot call anyone to actually talk on the phone either its so frustrating
