An unidentified female driver was dispatched and lied about not being able to park, became belligerent and argumentative then ultimately refused to deliver my order. When asked for her name she ignored my requests, over-talked me and yelled through the phone "My name is the lady who is trying to do your ******* delivery!" Then hung up. The manager "*****" has yet to take any responsibility and return my phone call to discuss the repulsive and unprofessional behavior of this employee: ****** *******.
The receptionist "Lisa" was also rude and unprofessional to the person who made the purchase on my behalf.
Word of advice-- DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS To reward people of this caliber with a paycheck. This franchise should be closed immediately to avoid further tarnishing the Edible Arrangements brand. I am also following up on this matter with the corporate office.
No one deserves to have their special occasion ruined the way this location successfully has.
