    Good afternoon, On April 7th at approx. 4:30 PM I took my 2021 ****** Rouge to wash at Vinales car wash on ************************************************. Two days ago I removed the white papers they put on my mats for protection. Yesterday April 23 came to realize that my original car mats were switched for a completely different cars mats. I went to the establishment after work and spoke to the manager at around 5:10 pm. he asked if I remembered who washed my car that day, being that they have so many workers I didn't remember right away but I did remember taking a photo of my car being washed for social media in which the man comes out in the photo washing the car, he stated that the washer would be responsible for the cars mats being replaced and that unfortunately he had moved away 8 days ago back to his country of ********* therefore there's nothing he could do and I would have to take the loss and replace my own mats. I am extremely upset after calling the dealership and finding out that to replace the mats its nearly $200. I am in disbelief as a $40 car wash now turned out to be $200 to replace my new cars mats. I have only had the car for one month, I am very upset at how unprofessional they handled this situation and I do believe that it is there responsibly to replace the cars mats. Please help me with this situation.

I have contacted the customer immediately and directly to rectify the situation and take the necessary steps to make sure our customer is whole.
