            Inability for Fit2go to deliver food that was ordered and paid for. Charging credit card when there is $1,000 balance due to previous overcharges due to pandemic . Sending incorrect items or no items. Website not operational for months. Called/texted/emailed orders did not receive items ordered. Driver refusing to deliver to my condo unit even though food just needed to be set on floor at the door or the door handle I have used this company every week since 2007. Problems started in earnest fall 2020 and exploded in 2021. Since I can't get the food that I ordered and paid for I wanted to donate the $1,000 to ********* towers working on the pile. Over the course of 3 days that is total 66 meals Fit2go refused to do that and said only one meal a day could I donate .they are a commercial food delivery company and 22 meals/day for 3 days is too much for them? I can't get food I ordered, can't donate can't get refund please help. I just want refund at this point
