      date of invoice : 6/29/2020 All the information required is uploaded. Summary: floor is severely damaged in the kitchen after 3 years due to lack of finish. The engineered wood that I received was not what I was shown in the the showroom, or what was shown to me when it was delivered, or what is described on line and in an email from Riva.My wood had painted over knots, heavy dark grain and many pits or small holes. See inspectors report in the uploaded documents. My attorney sent a Demand Letter-little or no response was received.

      **** agreed to accept a return of the 6 3/4 Crystal ******* for a full refund plus the cost of shipping charges (due to agreed upon grading discrepancy) and issue a $1 per sq ft credit for the 6 3/4 ********************* that PID retained. It was pursuant to this agreement that **** sent a truck to pick-up the goods and PID loaded it. So now **** has converted PIDs property; **** has PIDs money and the wood.
