    In Jan-Mar, 2024, I invested money with ************ who contracted with Next Level Holdings LLC to put that money in a Promissory Note promising interest will accrue at 15.5% per annum on unpaid principal balance. In Sept 2024 i was notified that Next Level Holdings could no longer be custodian of my promissory note. News began to break that CEO of Next Level Holdings, **** ******, was being investigated and rumors swirled that investors had been swindled out of their money. In Nov. 2024 I received correspondence from Next Level Holdings stating that I would receive a $13,175 payout at the first of the contract year, which according to paperwork, I think is early March. While trying to secure another custodian for my promissory note, ************ reps ******* *********, ******* ******) inform me that to locate my money and inquire about the $13,175, I'd have to talk to Next Level Holdings LLC. I can get no answer by phone or email from Next Level Holdings. I've had to pay taxes on the money they are holding for me (tho' it was rolled over so that I would not be taxed or penalized), I've not received the $13,175 and cannot secure a new custodian for my promissory because I can make no contact with anyone at Next Level Holdings.

    Through a financial investor ******* ******, who personally came to my home to trick me into a new investment with NEXT LEVEL HOLDINGS. *** ****** told me that NECT LEVEL HOLDINGS was paying out 15% interest every yearly quarter, so ******* ****** tricked me to transfer my AMERICAN *** account worth $105,000 to NEXT LEVEL HOLDINGS. ** AFTER THE TRANSFER WAS DONE, *** stopped paying out quarterly interest payments to me on 12/01/2024. I have called NLH 15 times with detailed messages with no call back. I've done research into this scam and apparently im not the only victim. and ******* ******** RESPONSE TO ME IS THAT NLH IS GOING OUT OF BUISINESS AND THAT MY $105,000 IS GONE, I'M 75 YRS. OLD AND I AM ASHAMED OF FALLING FOR THIS, BUT THIS IS ALL THE SACINGS MONEY I HAVE. PLEASE HELP ME. ******* ******** PHONE NUMBER IS ************.

    I invested $60K back in May 2024 with Next Level Holdings & received interest payments from ************ the custodian & in November the payment stopped & ************ stated they were No longer custodian for Next Level. I called daily to never speak to anyone & now all phones are seemingly disconnected! I am 75yrs old & need my money back desperately! Please advise!

    Next Level Holdings (NLH) has refuse emails and phone calls concerning my $2000,000 investment, they also stop paying the $2,500.00 monthly interest payments that they were having distributing through ************ who discontinued doing business with *** as of 11/15/24 *** will not respond to me concerning the return of my original investment. It appears to be some form of fraud that is going on at this time. Other investors are effect as well.

    In Early November 2023 I opened a self-directed *** with ************ wo was the custodian for Next Level Holdings which was backed by ****************************. I was told that I was to receive 24% interest on my investment. In September I was advised that ************ was no longer going to be the custodian of the account, and all funds were going to be returned to Next Level Holdings. Next Level Holdings then advised that they were seeking a new custodian to take over and we would be apprised of all developments of the transition. I had to pay ************ almost $400 to receive a certified Assignment of Benefits of my money. Next Level Holdings has since went silent. I have emailed on numerous occasions, called several times and keep being told that my messages are being marked urgent, and someone would get back to me and no one ever does. There are articles in the ******************* where people are advising how they do not know where their money is. The federal government is not involved with an investigaton. I just want my investment plus interest returned to me so that I can transfer it to another institution or have the insurance company make whole and pay the claim. This is my life savings. Someone should be held responsible Next Level Holdings, ************, ****************************!!!! So many people's livelihood is at stake here. The right thing needs to be done immediately.

    I invested my entire life savings of $280,000 with Next Level Holdings LLC / **** *****. It was a 10 year investment with a 15 % guaranteed return paid monthly. It included a surety bond and another insurance policy covering the investment. I received 3 payments, then an email that they were liquidating and closing. They do not answer any correspondence, the insurance policies were fraudulent and the money of course has not be refunded. **** ***** is not even licensed to sell securities and hes starting other companies such as ************. Be aware!! Even though everything was handled by a seemingly reputable company, ************, they held escrow and made our payments. Right before he announced the closure, they closed our accounts and transferred assets to us but there was no money because it was all invested with Next Level Holdings. He just gets to walk away. Ive contacted every agency i know of and no one can do anything. I just want my investment back but there seems to be no way to make him pay.

    I invested $500,000 in NLH Promissory Notes and received some interest payments, but have not received October's payment. I called the company several times and the Director's number without a return call. I believe the company shut down and closed their doors taking my $500,000 with them. There number is ************ and ************.
