Date of transaction: 11/20/23 Amount: ****** I bought a theater ticket for a play advertised as ************ play. ************ is an acclaimed high quality ***************. Initial date of performance was 12/05/2023. The performance was rescheduled to 02/14/24, and it was fraudulently advertised as the same performance. In fact, subtle details were changed (renamed from " I am ******" to "******"), and different group of actors and producers actually presented a different play of much lower quality. The main poster didn't change and there was no explicit communication that this will be a different performance. In fact, everything looked very similar and gave an impression that it is the initial performance, just rescheduled. This was a fraudulent advertisement and intentional misleading of the consumer. Producer of initial performance even posted on ******** that it is not his peformance and it has nothing to do with him, asking people to be careful. I didn't see this post until after the show.Initial Complaint

I bought a tickets for the concert last year which was cancelled and people from this company refused to return my money back to my credit card . No respond on emails , no responding on my calls.Its not my fault that concert was cancelled .How can i return my money ?Initial Complaint

I bought 4 tickets for the show from this company. The original show was scheduled for 2020 but the date was changed multiple times because of Covid. Last announcement came from them in November ************************************************************************************************************** 10 days. After time passed and Refund not showing on my card account I contacted this company. At that time I was told that they would just give me a credit with their company instead of refunding the original payment because they could not do a refund. I requested a refund check since I am not interested in buying anything from them in the future. They declined. So not only they used my $270 for 2 years, they still have it and will keep it unless I am forced to buy something from them. One of the reasons I am not interested in Their services is that during 2020-2022 I tried to contact them multiple ways (phone calls, emails) and got no response at all. I consider them keeping my money a fraud. They have my money and provided no services or products to me.Initial Complaint

On January 30, 2020 and February 6, 2020, I bought two tickets for a performance at the **************************** in *********, ** that was going to happen at the same year. However, due to Covid, the performance has been postponed a few times and finally, a few days ago, it has been cancelled. I received an email stating that the refund was issued to my credit card, but I didn't get any refund. When I called them, they said that they cannot issue me a refund due to their technical difficulties -- the tickets, they said, were bought too long ago.Unfortunately, my credit card can only take care of disputes happening not more than three months back.Could you, please help me get my money back -- $151.70.Thank you very much for your consideration.*********, ***********************Business response

I am rejecting this response because: on November 1, I received a message from the company stating that the performance has been canceled and that they are sending refund to credit cards. Within a few hours, I received another email stating that the refund has been issued to my credit card. However, when I discovered that I didn't receive any refund and called them, they responded that they are not capable to issue me a refund, but I can use these tickets for their next performances.There are two problems with their respond:1. Everyone else I called received a refund
2. I spent a lot of money for this particular performance, and I need this money; I don't want to waste my money for any of their future performances. I have the right to decide what I want to do with my money.
