      I requested to have my monthly subscription changed, agent. Edward P. from Hotel Collection 360 changed my subscription house for free. He was very customer friendly, and respectful.

      My experience has not been with the actual store but with Aroma360 customer service. I have a home ********************** plan that I am paying over $400 a month for. It's a large home with three AC units. I have not been able to access my VIP oil plan and the perks that come along with it for a month! I have contacted customer service and concierge at least 5 times. Each time I have been assured that "a ticket has been created" and "someone will reach out to me about resolution" and each time nothing happens. One person ghosted me and just stopped responding to emails. Another person gave me a direct number so that we could text and then never responded to a single text. Another person assured me that a manager would call me back when I refused to get off the phone until I could speak to someone that had more authority and, no surprise, no one ever called me back. The issue with my membership is still unresolved. I am at a loss at this point for how to move forward since they clearly do not have an effective customer service escalation process.

      Stay Away from Hotel Collection and Aroma 360! SAME THING! A Total Scam!!!If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is far too ************** Collection is nothing short of an online scam. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating, borderline surreal. First order: Home diffuser arrived damaged. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with support, speaking to 6 or 7 different people who all seemed completely untrained or deliberately unhelpful. Eventually, they agreed to refund the defective product. Guess what? Refund never arrived. Second (and last) order: I mistakenly ordered again months later, thinking it was a different company. The diffuser I received was the wrong color and didn't even work. After sending multiple emails and waiting three weeks for any response, I finally spoke to someone, only to be told there was no diffuser associated with my order. Absolutely absurd. Yet this company treats you like you're trying to pull a fast one, when they're the ones running a low-grade scam. Their customer service is either completely incompetent or deliberately trained to confuse, delay, and frustrate you into giving up. This company is NOT legitimate. Its a hassle, a waste of time, and a trap. Please do not buy anything from Hotel Collection or AROMA 360, it's apparently the same company!!!!Warn others. Share your experience. Lets stop them from selling faulty products and cheating people out of their money.

      The worst! Theyll send u a product that works for a yr. Lock u into a contract and ruin ur credit. Avoid at all cost.

After two weeks of back-and-forth emails, navigating the Aroma360 website, contacting support multiple times, and spending a total of 48 minutes on hold—including time in the VIP department since my boss is a VIP—no one could help us except Jandriely. From the moment she stepped in, everything changed. Jandriely was professional, responsive, and incredibly resourceful. She provided clear troubleshooting guides, coordinated technical support, and handled our fragrance exchange with precision and care. She even updated our future shipments to reflect our new scent preference without us having to ask. What truly set her apart was her personal commitment to resolving our issue. She gave me her personal email address to ensure the second half of the exchange would go smoothly, and she stayed in close contact throughout the process.       I have had the Aroma360 whole home scenting system for about two years now. Our home is just under 3400 sq ft - and we have SIX dogs - yet visitors always comment about how wonderful our home smells!! We get oil delivery every 3 months - and have never had an issue until last month's delivery did not show up. I didn't really notice until I was adding the last bottle of oil to the unit and realized I did not have any more bottles (there are usually AT LEAST one or two in reserves when my next shipment arrives - so that I am NEVER without oil). I contacted customer service, and after a phone call and email to ********* ****** (a truly FINE example of what a customer service representative should be!!) - a replacement box of oils is on the way - in less than 24 hours!! If you are looking for a whole-home scenting solution - AND a company that delivers not only a great product, but EXCELLENT customer service - I highly recommend **********************!!

      This business is impossible to cancel a subsciption with! I have been going back and forth via email for 5+ days and they keep coming back offering me discounts and free equipment with bonuses to continue. It's a headache dealing with this kind of runaround!

      Not a fan of this company. The subscription prices are misleadingtheyre never whats initially shown, and they charge shipping on every order. Their coupons rarely (if ever) work, and the store doesnt seem to offer any real deals or promotions. On top of that, every time I place an order, I get pushed to buy another diffuserits constant upselling. The focus seems more on flashy social media marketing than actually rewarding loyal customers. There are better companies out there, and Ill be switching to a different provider for my diffuser oils.
