    I had several formal suits cleaned at Brickell Cleaners, paying $69.55 to receive these items back on May 13. One item was a teal suit, which cost me well over $200. I made the mistake of not checking the condition of these items until I went to wear my teal suit recently. I was stunned to find marks all over the jacket. 19 I returned to Brickell Cleaners with the suit on Saturday Aug. 17 to ask that the suit be properly cleaned. The young lady removed the dry cleaning label from the pants, told me she could not look up my transaction b/c Brickell Cleaners has a new computer system, and told me to return on Monday to speak to her boss, ******. At that time I left a written message with my name and phone number. I called on Monday Aug. 19 because I had to work and was unable to go to the business. I was told ****** was not there. I called again on Tuesday Aug. 20 and have left at least two additional messages asking the staff to have ****** call me. I have not heard from ****** and it has become clear he has no intention of calling to discuss this. My suit cannot be worn and I have no other recourse. I should add that I am an attorney for the ********************* who has no desire or intention to defraud this or any business (nor do I have the time to do so). All I would like is for my suit to be EITHER restored (properly cleaned) OR replaced. My name in the Brickell Cleaners system is listed as BIGILANCE (not Vigilance). This is because the person who first took my name when I first began going there many years ago is a Spanish speaker and they understandably heard me say the letter V, but took down the letter B. The Brickell Cleaners' system will either have my cell number ************** or my old land-line, which **************. Thank you for any assistance with this.
