    After filling out the requested information (my name, email, phone number) and submitting it for an "instant quote" a message popped up that said they could not provide a quote online. Instead, they gave me a list of businesses similar to Health Plan Rate who also would provide me with insurance companies who would give me an "instant quote". The only problem was at the top of the list of businesses HPR sent to me was a sentence which stated, "We Matched You With These CAR INSURANCE Companies In ...". I foresee being inundated with phone calls from both auto and health insurance companies. Luckily, I have a phone with Smart Block, so I will not have to listen to the garbage that people and non-people are waiting to spew forth as soon as their businesses open, which is any minute now ...

    I called looking for a PPO plan. The agent said he found some PPO plans. The agent said he couldn't let me see any of the details on the web or via email. He hung up on me when I asked why there wasn't anything I could look at to review the details. Rude customer service.

    Offers you an online quote, and the terms say you may be contacted by up to eight affiliates. What they do NOT tell you is that you will receive 30+ calls in a half hour, all from different numbers, none of which can be identified, most of which don't leave any messages or information, and no way to get them to stop except start blocking numbers. The contact number on the website changes every 10 minutes when you refresh, this seems like a very sketchy platform to use. Don't entice people with offering to help find health insurance and then instantly get them spammed with unknown callers and robo-dialers.

    I just had a horrible experience with *** @ ************** and giving as many one-star reviews (since often I can't give zero) as I can across as many rating sites as I can find. Agent ******** took a little information from me then recommended a plan, gave me a few main facets of the plan, then wanted me to sign up right away. Couldn't understand why I would need more time to consult my wife before moving forward. She forwarded me to *** who put great pressure on me to sign up and also couldn't understand why I couldn't move forward right away without including my wife in the process.I didn't appreciate the extremely high pressure sales tactics, after a little while I felt very uncomfortable talking with them. *** said "well, okay bud..." then actually hung up on me when he realized he wasn't getting a sale right away!There are SO many other options to get insurance from - why put ** with the hassle here?
