I would not use this company. Carlos comes off as a very nice man when he's working for you. Very attentive, listens, returns calls, etc. When he said that he was finished with my parents' kitchen is when we noticed all of the problems.

The name of the company should be Carlos Design because it definitely lacks in quality. He ripped my 80+ year old parents off. The granite is only about 3/8th inches when it should be 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches. Also, the granite is lifting up. It was never connected to the cabinet. A leveler wasn't used. The cabinets are not leveled. The cabinet drawers are rubbing each other. The cabinet handles aren't even with each other. He never returned to hang the microwave (we never wanted it on the counter).

The last communication that we had with Carlos was on March 16th. Every time that we spoke, he would give a date to when he would come and fix all of the problems. My parents paid him over $5,000 for a small kitchen renovation.

We had two other companies to come in and look over the work and was told that he did a lousy job. They are willing to work with us to get a suitable kitchen at a reasonable price. Do your research. Con Artist! I wish that I could post the pictures of the kitchen, but I don't see a button to do so. Highly disappointed! Paying twice for a one company job!!!! Highly disappointed!!!!

Found out the this company put acid in the kitchen sink. That's why the sink is stained. This is a big no no! You don't put acid in a sink. Also, the installation of the sink was so poorly done that the sink is now falling down and will eventually fall all the way down to the floor. Also, regular granite wasn't supposed to be used and that's why the granite is so thin (3/4 inches). This contractor was supposed to use Quartz Granite which is thicker and shouldn't have to be cut into the pieces like this company did.

We had 3 new contractors come in and they all said that Carlos Quality Design took advantage of the elderly as well as did a poor job. This is definitely a lesson learned and I pray that my review will save someone else from getting taken by this company.
