      Took 1 year of mortgage payment. Now I owe my mortgage and my credit is trash thanks to them. They said my mortgage was going down and it did not. They just caused a terrible situation for me. By lying

      Get what you pay for I guess, I am still getting sued by the creditors. Not enough contact being done by the company I never know when something is settled. I never got the letters that an account of mine was settled like they promised.I've been with them about year, and only have 2 accounts settled. I pay 326 monthly it doesn't save me as much as I thought it would. It's OK if you can afford it and don't mind not.being contacted every step of the way they DO not update you monthly whatsoever I have to repeatedly call them for updates

      Consumer first finance was ok. They were good at the first few years using them. Then as things were payed. There very high costly to use. I had to call them and ask about my pay down on debt. Also when I wanted to stop using them they over draft my account 3 times trying to still get money. I told them I DIDN'T want to use them anymore any the went on and on asking questions why!! Please be careful and read fine print. Thanks

We did the best we could do, unfortunately it appears that our ability to settle your accounts in a timely madder was impeded due to your inconsistent payment history. When you requested to cancel it was explained that you still owed a settlement fee for a previous settlement, and you had advised us that you were mailing in a money order and when that was not received the payments continued to process.       Consumer First Financial did a excellent job and saved me from having to file bankruptcy. My payments were fair and allowed me to afford the necessities I needed from month to month. I don't know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend their services and would again use them myself.

      I'm very satisfied with Consumer First Financial. I owed close to $20,000 in debts.They took care of all my debts with my credit card, personal loans, debt consolidation. And most of all Consumer First Financial settled all my debt 9 months earlier. I'm so pleased with their services.

      Read the complete contract including the" small print". This company said that my credit would go up within 1 year, it didn't.

      First I want to thank Consumer First Financial for all they have done for me. If you only knew my story. I want to Thank ************************* for guiding me through some of the things I didnt understand. I was really knee deep in debt and CFF let me see the end of the tunnel. I would definitely recommend them if your in need of Financial help.
