    ******** *. was very professional and personable. He handled all our needs and quickly responded to queries. He handled transfers between our different excursions and made great recommendations. Next cruise we take we want ******** to handle all the details.

    Our trip started months ago with Dionisio *******, Concierge Specialist, with Luxury Cruise Connections. His customer service skills went far above and beyond our expectations. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is a 20. This is our 2nd Princess Cruise, and again exceeded our expectations. Great Job by all. Many employees were singled out for outstanding service.

    At the time of booking, I was convinced that the benefits of using Luxury Cruise Connections were sufficient to use them instead of booking direct with cruise line. What I didn't realize was how helpful it was to have someone inquire, on my behalf, with the cruise ship company. As these things are booked months in advance, it was difficult to find the shore excursion people via the cruise line. The concierge specialist at *** was able to get details that I was not able to acquire and then he followed through at the local level in ************** using local language and we got exactly what we were thinkg was maybe not possible AND he communicated every step with us. 10/10 recommend!! and will be using LLC again in the future.

They are very good ., how they treat customers. Always answer any questions as soon as possible. Me and my husband cruising around the world , and I wish I could find them erlier.
