    They swooped in during a browsing session. I thought I had lost power charge on my phone and was beginning again to pay a bill.I think this company uses multiple names and they are charging my account. I *** a fraudster nothing.     Upon reviewing your complaint, we confirm that a chargeback alert was initiated on July 23, 2025. A confirmation email was sent to the email address on file at that time. As a result, the bank refunded the $19.95 transaction to your original payment method.
    If you have any additional questions or require further clarification, please contact your credit card company or bank directly, as we are unable to assist further once a chargeback has been initiated.
    However, we did issue a refund for the $39.95 transaction on our end. You should receive a refund confirmation email shortly, and the funds should be credited back to your original payment method within the next 7 business days.

    I applied for a loan and somehow got subscribed to a subscription for $39.95.I was told it was free to apply. I put in my card information for direct deposit for the loan but instead I ended up being charged $1 on 7/4/2025. Then there was an attempt to charge my card $39.95 on 7/9/2025 but I stopped it by replying no this wasnt me to my bank text. Then the transaction was attempted again on 7/10/2025.Please cancel this subscription immediately or I will report you.

    Charged twice by this company for a service I did not sign up for. With a quick ****** search I found that multiple people have had issues with this particular company doing this. FRAUD! ****!

    On July 9th, I received a charge on my bank account for $31.96 listed as "CHECKCARD 07/09 ********** XXX-XX52190 CA." After some searching, it looks like this is a front for the company Credique LLC. This is a fraudulent charge, and they probably obtained my information without my consent. I never received any confirmation by email or any other method of communication that I subscribed to any sort of services from them.

    I noticed charges to my account. I called the number for customer service and was told that I enrolled for their membership which I was unaware of. I was told they do not provide refunds. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they can not transfer calls but I could get a callback the same day. When my call was not returned by the next day I called again and was told they can only refund 75% of the charges and that a confirmation email would be sent of this. Now, on day three I still have no email and no refund processing. This company is underhanded and fraudulent.

    I noticed a charge of $39.95 that was decline by bank. I called my bank customer service as was given the number of the business that attempted to charge my bank account without my authorization as **************. The customer service *** I spoke to identified the company as PFI Verify. I told her that I did not sign up for their service nor did I give them authorization to my bank account

    So I saw a 1 dollar charge from my account on the third. I'm fairly certain I signed up for something but, with how much has been going on for me lately I thought I had cancelled it since I didn't want the service. Just this evening I get a ***** dollar attempt to charge my card. I would appreciate your time looking into this and making sure my account was cancelled for me if I didn't. I have not been charged the ***** as I don't have enough funds to pay for it so there is no refund necessary.
