    I just started a GLP-1 program through eMed and my employer. From the start I received conflicting information on the process of the program, being told to check in on the 3rd week and then being told its actually from the first week when you take the first dose. Zero guidance from anyone including a licensed health professional on what to expect with side effects or how to administer each dose, request to do a weekly check in even before I started the dosage. Zero help with logging into the app that I am unable to log into because the eMed system thinks I have not yet received my first prescription which I already did. I am doing this blindly without any guidance and this is unacceptable and incompetent on the part of eMed. You are playing with people's health with this kind of customer care!

    I bought a test and it did not included droppers. I cant return the test, exchange it or anything. I am out of $17 because someone didnt do their job.

    TEST KITS EXPIRED AFTER 1 YEAR BUT LET ME USE AN EXPIRED TEST IN JANUARY TO TRAVEL, 2 MONTHS LATER I CANT USE THE SAME TEST. I'M FEELING LIKE THIS COMPANY LINES UP TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND INHIBIT TRAVEL OVER A COMMON COLD. WHY HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE IF YOU HVE A GREY AREA IN REGUARDS TO THE EXPIRATION DATE. WHEN ASKED THEY HAD NO ANSWER FOR MY COMMON SENSE QUESTION. TRIPS INTERUPTED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY NOW THANKS!

    Were sorry your experience didnt match your expectations. The expiration dates on the BinaxNOW Home Test Kits were approved for an extension which has now begun to expire as well. I'm sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused. 

    As a courtesy, I've processed a partial refund for your most recent order back in August of 2021. You will see $50 credited to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

    I ordered eMed kits before going to Europe in May for $162.87 plus shipping fees. The eMed agent told me they do not handle insurance claims but all I needed to do was to send an eMed receipt directly to my insurance company who in turn would refund me. The agent did not tell me to get prior authorization. The travel requirements changed and we didn't need to use the kits. On return from Europe in August, I tried to file a claim on Express Scripts website (they handle all pharmacy claims for ABCBS) but the eMed lab *** number wouldn't work on Express Scripts website. I tried to make a. claim over the phone but again the *** number was non existent in Express Scripts system. I ended up sending a reimbursement claim to Express Scripts in the mail in October and in November they denied my claim saying that eMed kits were not covered. I am on medical leave and $162.87 is a lot of money as I'm on low income. I am very disappointed with eMed and I hope and trust they can resolve my case and issue me a refund.
